Absolutely the worst, no exaggeration. It was shockingly bad, utterly uninhabitable. The moment I stepped in, it reeked. Avoid this place in Bali at all costs. I'm speechless. And to top it off, they wouldn't even let me cancel. Why is such a dump still on the market? Furious doesn't even begin to cover it.

The place is comfortable and safe, and the staff are very friendly.

Place only for sleeping. View from the window and from the shower to the window of other apartments. Personal is very kind

Staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke great English, however air-conditioning wasn't very good and the towels looked dirty and had holes in them and the toilet seat was broken

Rooms are of good size. Situated in a quiet location yet in the center of Seminyak. Staff is friendly but can’t equalize the fact that no money/effort is put in to maintenance/renovation , which this place urgently needs. There are moldy walls , towels fall apart, mattresses are broken, patchy wifi , toilet seat broken, sink blocked, shower head crusty filty, bathroom cabinet doors fall out-you name you will find it here. My soles were black after walking 3 min barefooted in the room. The place got potential but needs renovations like this is heavily overpriced while providing sub standard accommodation. Cleaning the place would be the first and easiest thing one could expect. The management cuts corners wherever possible. One can see it was a previous nice equipped hotel,now a worn out shadow of itself is left. Security gives a confident and safe feeling so does the friendly staff. This said, I am a traveler for decades and made the best out of it.
