We faced several problems during our stay at this villa: — The stove, microwave, and coffee machine were not working at all. — The place was very dirty upon arrival — hair on the floor, a filthy sofa, and no cleaning service provided throughout our 4-day stay. — The air conditioning turned on and off by itself unpredictably. — There was no hot water at random times, both in the mornings and evenings. — After one of the rains, a large amount of water leaked from the roof into the villa. This property definitely doesn’t match its price. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The only positive aspect was the nice view of the rice fields — but that alone doesn’t make up for all the issues we encountered.

Excellent hotel with excellent service and cozy atmosphere. From the moment you check in, you can feel the care for guests: check-in is fast, the staff is friendly and attentive. The room is clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. Cleaning is carried out regularly, towels and linens are always fresh. The location is very convenient - close to transportation, stores and attractions. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, Wi-Fi is stable. Great place for a vacation or business trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Fighter in the garbage The villa No. 32 we booked is the innermost villa of all the villas. It is surrounded by construction sites. A bunch of local workers are walking around and staring at you when you go out. During the day, there is always noise from about 8 o'clock. When you take a taxi back at night, you can only get to the security booth. There are no lights when you walk in. There are farmland and construction sites on the side and it is pitch black. You can look at the pictures. Going from villa No. 26 to villa 32 is simply a scam. This villa park is not closed, it is completely open, so all kinds of people can come in, and there are farmland and villages next to it. The sanitary environment is also very poor. There are various stains on the floor after entering. Then the living room faces the farmland, and it is completely open without glass, which means that anyone can walk into your living room, and the next day you will see someone walking to the edge of the pool. Tell the housekeeper that they will only tell you that local farmers are coming to see your fields and will ensure that they do not come in. I don't feel safe at all staying in this villa. Because the living room is an open space, all kinds of geckos and mosquitoes will come in when the lights are turned on at night. Speaking of the housekeeper, the management and service of this villa are also very poor. When I contacted the housekeeper in advance, there was no response, nor did they tell you how to check in. Even when I arrived very late, I just happened to encounter a staff member who opened the door. When asked how she checked out, she didn't answer directly. She just answered the question one after another. The location of the villa is not good either. The paths leading in are all bad and the car is bumpy when entering. It is very inconvenient to take a taxi or a motorcycle. The only advantage is that during the day Ctrip is not a good company either. It lists this villa No. 32 as the first one and does not control the service and quality of this villa.
