I stayed at Desa Hay in Canggu for two nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is excellent in every sense. Communication with the staff was smooth and easy through WhatsApp. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and once they found out, they surprised me with an upgrade and even gifted me a complimentary birthday cake. The way they arranged the room was beautiful and very thoughtful. The room itself had everything I needed and had such a romantic and cozy atmosphere. One of the things I really appreciated was that many items in the minibar were free, and they also offer complimentary laundry service, which was extremely convenient. The hotel’s breakfast and restaurant dishes were delicious—definitely don’t skip the breakfast. I want to say a special thank you to Putri and all the staff. They were so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they really made me feel taken care of. The location of the hotel is also perfect and peaceful. I highly recommend Desa Hay and I will definitely return again without hesitation.

This is by far the most amazing accommodation I’ve ever stayed at! It’s hard to put into words how wonderful they made my stay. Not only the villa itself provides great comfort with the smartly designed interior, beautiful combination of natural materials and practical accessories but also every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the guests have an unforgettable time. The restaurant also deserves to be highly praised, where they provide excellent dining experience with creative dishes of cuisines from all over the world. It’s the little touches that make a great difference, such as having freshly melted butter poured on the popcorn for snacking or the toast bread being prepared in a pan over fire instead of putting it in a toaster. The signature cocktails do not disappoint either and it’s hard to stop just after one. Sustainability is also a priority, and they provide more eco-friendly products made from biodegradable materials. I wish all the best to everyone at Desa Hay and hope that I can return one day!

Excellent! 👍 Perfect attention to detail! 💯 Perfect cleanliness! Excellent and welcoming service! Dinner was delicious, better than any trendy restaurant, and much cheaper. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The villa was very hospitable and I would definitely stay here again if I come to Bali. The staff were all very polite and kind, and it was a great time. The food was delicious. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they welcomed us with a smile and we were able to relax.

The biggest reason for me to choose to stay again is that the food is really great and there are not many other options around. We stayed at the hotel for two days without going anywhere. We experienced yoga classes and spa, and the room was very comfortable. Comfortable. It has strong privacy and is suitable for couples to vacation. The boss is a talkative Canadian. During dinner, every table came to say hello and chat for a while. On the first day we checked in, we found blood stains on the bath towels. It was obvious that they were not replaced after check-out. This is the reason for the low hygiene score. The hotel does not have an exclusive lobby. When you check in, a butler will lead you to follow up and introduce you one by one. There is WhatsApp for service communication, and tablets are provided in the room.
