"The location is great, walking distance to Oxford street, very close to the metro and Hide park.
We booked a standard double room but we were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 4th floor.
It was very warm and we didn’t use AC.

只只管吃喝玩樂London's prices were much higher than expected. The hotel was a bit dated, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly; it took nearly half an hour for the water to clear after washing my face. The location was excellent, right next to Hyde Park, and we also had a nice view from our window. However, at over 4000 a night, it still felt truly exorbitant.

KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

AAlberto919The location is phenomenal. Right across from the street you can find the Bakerloo Line. Room was big, clean, tidy and modern, same for the bathroom. Staff very kind and happy to help.
Swimming pool facility was very hot and sadly full of screaming children. But sauna and Turkish bath also well maintained. I would suggest to check the mold in the bathroom shower, also no soap refilled.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are warm and professional. Breakfast was also good. However, the bathroom is too small, and the shower setup could use an upgrade.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hilton London Paddington and overall had a very comfortable experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the location—being directly connected to Paddington Station made getting around London incredibly easy, especially for airport transfers.
The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. While some areas of the hotel feel a bit dated, everything was functional and tidy. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was smooth.
I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site dining options, although prices were a bit high. The atmosphere was generally calm despite the busy surroundings.
Overall, it’s a great choice for convenience and comfort, especially for short stays or business travel. I would consider staying here again.

GGuest UserAcceptable overall, for the low price, but some key limitations to be aware of:
MSK Hotel 82 has a remote reception, in that we never saw anyone actually manning the reception desk: all our calls and the buzzer on the door redirected to someone off-site. The people we spoke to were helpful, but it was difficult to feel fully comfortable knowing there were frequent times, such as overnight, when not a single member of staff was in the building.
For example, the fire alarm went off shortly after we checked in (around 17:30), and there was no response from any staff whatsoever: no-one came to check or turn it off, no-one came to make sure guests were safe or if there was an actual fire, and the alarm obviously didn't alert the fire brigade. The only reason any staff even knew the fire alarm had gone off was a guest calling the emergency number and telling them -- the staff member on the other end said they would send someone over, but hung up immediately, without even saying how long this would take or asking if there was any sign of an actual fire. We had to leave for dinner 15 minutes after the alarm went off, and by that point, all the guests were still standing around outside in the rain waiting for someone to arrive.
Aside from this, the staff we encountered were at least helpful and polite. We were able to leave our luggage out of sight during the day after checking out, but were a little concerned that there was no-one on duty to guard it when we came back that evening. Alarmingly, when we rang the intercom to pick up our luggage, the remote receptionist on the other end opened the door without making any kind of ID check to ensure we were actually guests, meaning theoretically anyone could have walked in. There were cameras in the public areas, but the fire alarm showed that there was no capacity for a quick response.
The room itself was clean and tidy, with a working fridge and everything we expected to find. The floors were freezing and the sheets a little rough, but it nonetheless did the job. However, workmen began extremely loud construction/renovation work just outside the window at 8am, using hammers and power tools, so there was no possibility of a lie-in.
Overall, MSK Hotel 82 did what we needed it to and we didn't experience any major disasters, but the lack of safeguards against serious problems caused by the absence of staff makes it difficult to recommend unless you don't have any other options.
The staff we encountered did their best, but the remote setup presents some fundamental limitations.
