"The sofa had cigarette burns and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, so I didn't dare sit on it. I hope they can improve that. The pillows were soft but a bit too high for my comfort, so I hope that can also be addressed."
"I initially went to the wrong place, and the staff humorously told me to 'retreat quickly.' They were very thoughtful, explaining how to open the door and what amenities and snacks were available. The room size was decent, not too small, and had a subtle, pleasant scent upon entering, which was a big plus for me. The cleanliness of the bathroom was excellent (I hope they can maintain this!). I could hear airplanes from my room (not sure if this applies to all rooms), but the sound wasn't too loud and was within my acceptable range (everyone's tolerance is different, though). If I ever visit Taoyuan again, I'd likely choose to stay here."
"A beautiful place to stay , this homestay is so cozy with tip top cleanliness, the bar counter provides us with drinks and coffee, instant noodles and bread for breakfast . It is easy to find and no problem with self check in and out, we were able to leave our luggage upon checkout so that we can travel light to the town ."

GGuest UserThe wooden house is very beautiful 😍 The air is very good and quiet. It is a good choice for city people to stay away from the hustle and bustle. You can also sit outside the house at night to enjoy the stars. Although there is no air conditioner, it is enough to turn on the fan. The proprietress is enthusiastic in service! I have a lot of cute cats and dogs with love... Fruit trees, the breakfast included is very rich and delicious 😋 including boiled eggs, fried eggs, fried fish, fried mountain pork, fried vegetables and purple rice sweet potato porridge 😋 It’s so good to forget to take pictures 🤭 When I left, I also sent me a few boiled eggs under my chicken to eat on the road. After breakfast, I don’t even have to eat lunch, because I’m full, thank you ❤️ The entrance to the homestay must be very careful to find. It takes a small road like a secret place to drive to reach it. It is very close to Lala Mountain. It is recommended 👍👍👍
GGuest UserAndrea Wu's service was utterly unsatisfactory. She was unhelpful in resolving my issues and spoke in an uncomfortable, off-putting manner. Her stern and dismissive expression, coupled with her general demeanor, clearly shows she is unfit for a front desk role. Despite it being quite late, around 5 PM, her inefficient handling unnecessarily prolonged my check-in, leaving my family waiting for a long time in the lobby. This showed a complete disregard for guests' comfort. As a returning guest, I feel this particular receptionist severely detracts from the hotel's overall quality and reputation.
GGuest UserThe soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet, which is a blessing for light sleepers. They also provide complimentary water, biscuits, desserts, coffee, and tea. Surprisingly, there's even popcorn and instant noodles! As soon as you enter, you can feel how thoughtful the hotel is. It's also conveniently located, just a seven-minute walk from the MRT station. I highly recommend this place; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taoyuan.
GGuest UserThe location is a bit far from Dayuan station, especially at late night. There are two apartments in the same address, and the picture of the booking shows the wrong address so that I couldn't check in with the QR code. Luckily, the host picked up the phone and guided me to the correct apartment. I stayed only for less than 3 hours with a nap and shower, so nothing really matter to me.
MMai Vi VuThe receptions can speak English and help us book taxi to airport in early morning 5am because we don't have Taiwan phone number, which made everything super easy and fast. We saw many other people also waiting in lobby leave for airport in early morning. The shared bathroom had a nice design and clean. The common area was also clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Location very near Gloria Outlet.
GGuest UserSecond visit to this hotel. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with a large tub, perfect for a relaxing soak. They also have outdoor hot spring pools, a swimming pool, and spa facilities. After a dip in the springs, a stroll along the forest trail is incredibly refreshing. The only downside is that all the Western restaurants here are closed. There's only a cat cafe and a Chinese restaurant that requires reservations, leaving very limited dining options.
