Multi Grand Pharaon Hotel

Overall, we'd give it a 4. The hotel itself, the rooms, and the pool are a solid 5, but there's one caveat. Unfortunately, when we checked into a deluxe room, the air conditioning didn't work, even though the weather was 38°C (98°F). It was hard to sleep, and the managers ignored us, saying we could pay extra and move to another room. That's a minus. Also, when we wanted to extend our stay, one of the receptionists said there were no rooms available, even though we mentioned that they were. We were told that wasn't true, everything was full, and 90% of the time, there wouldn't be any rooms available. We booked and extended our stay anyway, and another receptionist reassured us that the reservation was worth it. There's also a receptionist, very polite and sweet, but unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. Overall, if it weren't for the air conditioning and the way our requests for it weren't ignored, I would have given it a solid 5!

I stayed at this hotel for work in early December 2025. The property is very large, with spacious rooms, large TVs, comfortable beds, European-standard outlets, and a spacious bathroom with all the necessary amenities, such as a hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, shampoo, and other toiletries. Room cleaning is daily. The only detail I would mention is that my bathroom lacked a bidet; I don't know if other rooms have one. Breakfast is rich and plentiful, meeting European standards, and is served from 8:00 onwards. I was also satisfied with the restaurant, but the only thing I would mention is the slightly slow service. Overall, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they naturally speak English. The daily rate is in line with European standards, considering the hotel offers a gym, spa, and other comfortable amenities, as well as a currency exchange machine. In conclusion, for all it offers, I highly recommend this property.
