Outstanding hotel located in the old city. The staff were professional, friendly, proactive and helpful. They arranged a tour and airport transfer. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and varied choices. Highly recommend

Расположение отеля идеальное в старом городе, в шаговой доступности набережная, фуникулер, все основные достопримечательности. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный. Завтрак вполне приличный, но качество кофе в Баку ожидали лучше, сильно разбавленный. Расстроил номер в здании напротив основного. На первом этаже в комнате у входа было очень шумно, слышны все разговоры, звонки, хлопанье дверью, доставки, уборка и т.д. Если заселяться в это здание, то только на этажи выше первого. Ванная комната требует обновления, душевая кабина покрыта чёрной плесенью, не хватает тумбы у раковины и света у зеркала.
