Worse internet speed... Uncomfortable mattress & pillows... Washrooms were poorly managed with no Muslim showers(biggest concern)... Zero view to enjoy from the windows...

The worst place to ever stay in Azerbaijan. The receptionist by the name Pravin is extremely rude and does not cooperate at all. I was given a dirty room upon checkin and he kept insisting to use the room the way it is. I had a very hard time here and would certainly not recommend anyone staying here especially if Pravin is still here. I hope the authorities look into this.

I never faced such low quality for the price required! Dirty room, heavy noise if your room will face the street (R307) but if you will stay like my friend the opposite side (R316) then you will face a heavily noisy factory!! They forgot to clean the room and they apologised! But when you ask them to do it for the next day, then they did but left the old towels hanged wet!! My god this is really never to me in any other place. The best is the breakfast something you would not wish to see in such over rated hotel. I don’t recommend you to pass from what I passed from. We were a family of 5 and we stayed 11 days at Premier Palace Baku and the experience was amazing, the rooms are very spacious, the whole team at the hotel make you feel welcome, Mr Tural was most helpful and kind, spared no efforts to make us comfortable Location is close all facilities and Bolt Taxi is very reasonable to travel around

From right up front, its location, the attitude of the reception staff, the way facilities were maintained screamed of a hotel gone wrong. The room was barely average, with problems with the safe, the bathroom fittings, the state the furniture was maintained - way past its prime, the quality of everything on offer from the products in the bathroom to the quality of the breakfast - it was so disappointing a way to finish a fortnight of excellent hotels around Azerbaijan.

We have 2-3 holidays a year and always book a 5* hotel. We booked this hotel as a 5*. First impression at the entrance looks good and check-in guy, Eshan, was very polite and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and booked the largest room for the three of us; giving a bit of space to move around and the kitchenette would provide some facility to warm or even prepare a simple meal, but it has only a kettle, a hob and a sink. The room is in need of redecoration. The curtain is not blackout and only one pillow per person is provided. We requested three extra pillows and there was no choice of soft or medium pillows. Breakfast was fairly basic. It all depends when you go for breakfast. If you go 10-15 minutes after the foods have place in the hot tray; fry egg was like plastic, most of the items were dry and rubbery. After 5 days, I could only stomach the muesli, toast and tea and some water melon for breakfast Staff were ok at time but not very helpful. There are no information about tours, display brochures and when asked ,we were told that the hotel do not provide these services; end of conversation. Location is good. Easily accessible to the city centre. A normal taxi will over charge you form 10 to 15 Manats ( local currency), but if you buy a sim card, download the Apps WOLT ( cost 15 manats), it will cost only 2.5 to 3 Manats for the same journey and the service is excellent. The reception staff are happy to book a taxi to the city centre by using their Apps. But expect to pay 4-6 times more for the return journey if you take a taxi . The swimming pool is only 6 meters sq. and the jacuzzi is always on circulation mode and it cannot be change to full massage mode. The tiles are coming off and I am not sure how clean the water is, as I could not smell any chlorine and the place smell of dampness. My conclusion: This is not a 5* hotel, neither the services nor the facilities. I would rate it 3.5 to may be 4*. Its ok
