The bed in the room is really big and comfortable, and you can take a bath. It's not bad to have a morning meal. The attitude of the waiter is also very good. I passed through Baise twice on a Monday (experienced once in the two themed rooms). It is worth recommending.

二三樓是ktv，住6樓聽得清清楚楚，半夜一點多還吵，像在隔壁唱一樣，隔音真是太差了，問了説兩百三兩百四的都是優惠房都這麼吵，好啊那我第二天讓朋友升房去12樓住，ktv聲音聽不到了，地板一股臭味，我還以為裏面發生過什麼事，體驗感極差

酒店設施齊全，21年的新裝修，説實話整體感覺還是不錯的，也難怪之前有那麼多好評——差點我也給了五星好評。然鵝，因為入住當晚到的比較晚，而且看整體環境不錯，加上評論基本好評，所以也沒注意檢查就睡了。第二天醒來，老公突然發現枕頭上有血跡（見圖）。嚇得我趕緊也檢查了一下床上布草，發現我的枕頭下面也是有一處明顯的灰色灰塵（沒拍）。於是打了電話讓客房服務員和經理來房間。本意是告知他們請他們以後注意點布草的衞生。沒想到客房服務員一聽到我們的反映，馬上開口就説“是不是你的晚上睡覺的時候把自己抓傷了？”我們説怎麼可能？自己有沒有受傷難道不知道嗎？然後他們又説“那會不會是你們睡覺的時候壓死了蚊子？”天啊！馬上就要過年了，寒冬臘月，百色晚上氣温個位數，你告訴我去哪裡可以抓到蚊子？如果真是我們弄臟的，我們躲都來不及，怎麼可能還理直氣壯的找服務員？本來衹是想善意提醒一下，結果是這個答覆。所以我們也不想多説，轉身辦理了退房就走了。很少給中評差評，這次忍不住吐槽一下。希望酒店的服務配得上酒店的硬件設施。
