The Good: Top of class amenities, top quality restaurants, top of class room decor, top quality services at the pool/beach, restaurants and the kids club. The Not So Good: 1. We booked a two bedroom suite, but one of our rooms wasn't cleaned until late evening which definitely messed up our plan for the day. To be fair, it was probably a one-off incident so I wouldn't read too much into it. However, management should take notice and prevent something like this from happening again. 2. Greetings were rushed. We were offered drinks as soon as we stepped off our shuttle before we even had the time to take a look at the beautiful surroundings. Everything felt a bit rushed at the front desk. I was guessing it's because they really needed to keep people moving as there wasn't enough space for multiple check-ins all at once? The Hope: The hotel is very new and there are many aspects of the hotel, particularly in services, that are in need of improvements, but I am sure that management will work very hard to address those issues and make this hotel the crown jewel in the area.
