The property was a very good resort.
There was only 1 buffet and, though 4 a la carte options, it was not amazing. But not horrible at all.
Sadly be prepared to get up for 6am if you want a good pool chair at the adult pool.
May sure you bring enough small bills as front desk will always say they never have change available.
Our room was in the main building. We asked for a king but got 2 double beds. Was told to push together as they could not accommodate a move. However, the view was amazing so we decided to not pursue it further.
Evening entertainment was passable. However it would have been nice to have more activities and amenities.
Otherwise staff do the best they can for you. All do well at communicating in english.
Would we go back.... yes if the price was right.

Our Ocean Front room was excellent with great views across the bay. Enjoyed the mix of people of all ages mostly from Canada but also Mexico and US. Food was excellent with many choices of Mexican and Western in the Buffet and all 3 A La Carte restaurants were great. Having booked through ******* we were able to reserve restaurants without standing in line the morning of. Beach is great with chairs close to the water.

So the room we had was extremely small. Bathroom had only a toilet and in the size of a broom closet. The elevator in our building was on verge of breaking down in which it did later. Wifi was absolutely terrible. The godd things were the food, the beach was awesome. The adult pool was good.

I’ve been going to Puerto Vallarta for the last 15 years with my family. This the worst experience I ever had at this Nuevo Vallarta hotel. The workers are rude for example. I went to the buffet at 4:25 when the guy says we close at five. Sorry we have to reopen at six. I told him but you told me you close at five it didn’t make sense, so I went to go get a burger at stand the Lady was so rude when she was done I said, could you put some fries she said you did nt asked for that at the beginning
That was just the first day
I can go on and on
This place is horrible don’t wast your money at this hotel

Stayed with my husband and 2 young kids during busy week and celebrated New Year there-amazing time. Great staff, always something to do, food is nice, hotel is clean.
