A beautiful and traditional hotel, with exceptional service and traditionally adorned rooms. Breakfast selection is simple but very high quality and again exceptional service. I would recommend this hotel highly and would stay there again. Sad to leave.

Beautiful hotel where we stayed for three days, lovely staff who were all really friendly, our room was clean and tidy and the food was excellent. We would certainly go back again. Lots to see in the surrounding area and the Funicular Railway was great as at the top the view was fantastic.

I have to change travel details at the last minute. So booking the hotel was a last minute thing. Glad I did though, Lovely surrounding the hotel itself, was there on a Saturday and a ****ing reception was be held in the evening. So, I was expecting a sleepless night. This did not happen, so happy days. The only down side was not being able to get connected to internet which I had to guess the next leg of my journey.

Beautiful located in the Black Forest in stunning surroundings. Short distance to Baden Baden, the famous B 500 (for motor bikers), lots of sights and nice hiking / cycling destinations. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The in-house restaurant and the outside beer garden offer plenty of choices to eat and drink. Great local specialties on the menu as well. All in all a very nice place and I can only recommend it.

Der Gastwirt ist eher ein unfreundlicher Mensch
Das restliche Personal war freundlich,
Essen war gut aber teuer. Da muss ich nicht noch einmal hin.
