It was a nice hotel , the reception was very nice and room service was good , and the breakfast was very very good .

We stayed for two nights in the family suite just after new year. Looking for some rest and relaxation for the family in-between major cities and skiing. Extensive wellness area. We dropped the average age down a little. It was a public holiday our full day there so all shops were closed :( our fault for not checking. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced - so many great selections. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay to re-charge before exploring Germany further.

Was a fantastic stay here. The breakfast is perfect and tasty. The Spa is also great and full relax after a day working. The French restaurant petit plaisir is excellent and with great choices. Only one complaine I have…. I arrived at 13 and must wait until 15 to be ready the room and they don’t invite to this time for a welcome drink …. We must go in the city to find a bar.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind äußerst unfreundlich und arrogant. Hier kann man keinerlei Entgegenkommen erwarten. Gutscheine werden nicht anerkannt bzw. das Einlösen unmöglich. Wir werden sicherlich keine Minute mehr in diesem Hotel verbringen und auch niemandem das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im schönen Sonnenhof Bad Wörishofen. Das Essen im Petit Plaisir schmeckte vorzüglich ( danke Frau Thiel für den professionellen Service ) und der großzügige Spabereich erfreute Körper und Seele. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Haben den zweiten Sylvester im Hotel verbracht und sind dieses Mal enttäuscht worden! Die Zimmer sind nach wie vor sehr gut, aber ! Es fängt mit dem parken an, man bezahlt für die Tiefgarage und kein Platz ist frei, danach beginnt eine Odyssee bis man einen Parkplatz hat, dass ist nicht ok. Im Schwimmbad werden morgens schon liegen belegt obwohl fast den ganzen Tag niemand drauf liegt, da fehlt die Aufsicht. Zum Essen, es war einfach nicht gut, für ein 5 Sterne Haus unterirdisch, in der Sylvester Nacht Dessert Büfett angekündigt, dass aus Berliner bestand, beim Salat keinen Mais, kann nicht alles aufzählen. Am Sylvester Abend, der Speisesaal war noch leer, frage ich einen Kellner ob er ein Bild von meinem Schätzchen und mir machen kann, der Kommentar „Er hat jetzt keine Zeit, aber später“ So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert, der junge Mann hat seinen Beruf eindeutig verfehlt. Dazu möchte ich anführen das wir ansonsten sehr gut bedient wurden. Ich könnte noch einiges anführen, auch über den Herrn der dort die Aufsicht hatte, lass es aber, den wenn man so eine Stellung hat sollte man etwas beflissener sein. leider sind wir das letzte mal dort zu Sylvester gewesen..

Ich durfte drei Nächte in diesem wunderbaren Hotel verbringen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Zimmer perfekt. Praktisch auch die Tiefgarage, in die man per Lift direkt auf seinem Hotelflur landete. Ich bin sehr sportlich und mich haben die vielen tollen Wege rund um das Hotel beeindruckt. Vorteil von einem Kurort. Kein Weg ohne Beschilderung. Für sportlich Aktive, eine ideale Ausgangssituation. Der Wellnessbereich ist außergewöhnlich großzügig und endlich mal ein Hotel, mit wirklich vielen Liegen. Schöne Pools, ganz besonders der Infinitypool außen. Wenn am Abend der Kamin dort brennt, es leicht schneit... besser geht es nicht. Die Sauna ist ganz neu und verfügt über alles was man sich wünscht. Ich fand die Sole-Sauna der Hammer mit seinem Orangenduft und der Nebeldusche (man muss auf den Knopf unterhalb des Brunnens drücken). Auch sehr beeindruckend, die Dusche. Je nach Wunsch kann man sich unter die Schwalldusche mit verschiedenen Temperaturen stellen. Wer mutig ist, reibt sich im Anschluss noch mit Eis ein. Zurück an der Liege kommt sehr regelmäßig ein netter Servicemitarbeiter vorbei und fragt nach Wünschen. Das, habe ich noch nie erlebt! Man kann sich auch Tee und Wasser kostenfrei nehmen. Eine Obstschale steht auch bereit. Das Frühstück war toll, der Kaffee und alles was es gab, waren sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
