The hotel is not so modern in general. There are still many tapes, even on the walls of the lifts. This makes an old, easily used impression - although everything is maintained and clean. The room seemed to be relatively newly furnished. However, a minibar or a refrigerator missed. At 35 degrees of outdoor temperature it was pleasant inside. But the possibility of cooling his drinks would be pretty! The bed was good. I had no back pain in the morning, which is very nice. Unfortunately, there was only one small headbag per person. Many hotels have additional in the dressing box so you can take another if needed, that was not here. The bath was modern and clean, but very close. A unsite I find a glass door to the room. A little more privacy would be desirable. Breakfast was very good. wide, very large and wide selection. Special wishes on request. Allergies etc. can be indicated before arrival. We have not used the restaurant, as well as the wellness area. With closed windows, trains are hardly detectable at night. We have chosen to take a further decision because of the proximity to the train station for the hotel because we arrived by train. Note to the train station: is being built. No lift or rolling stairs! Not disabled and rather difficult for elderly with baggage or e-bike. All in all pleased, I would come back.

Wir waren mit Freunden zum Geburtstagsessen in der Schönen Schnitterin, Samstagabend 18 Uhr. Im Hauptraum waren nur 2 Tische besetzt im Nebenraum wir und ein weiterer Tisch. Allein das spricht schon Bände. Früher war es dort Samstagabends unmöglich, einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das Wasser in den Glasväschen auf dem Tisch war trüb, die Blumenstängel teilweise schon abgeknickt. Obowhl das Lokal ziemlich leer war, musste ich 2x zum Tresen gehen und die Bedienung bitten, noch mal an unseren Tisch zu kommen. Auch das Essen hat sich verändert: Die Portionen zwar nach wie vor gut und geschmacklich auch in Ordnung, aber: - Beim Schnitzel waren einfach 2 Stück auf den Teller geknallt, ohne Petersilie, ohne Zitronenschnitz, ohne ein Stückchen Tomate, nichts, auch die sonst gewohnten Preiselbeeren fehlten. Der Kartoffelsalat ok. - Beilagensalat: Dressing geschmacklos und zu wenig, die Blattsalat in riesigen Blättern oben auf, die muss man sich auf den Hauptteller hieven und zerkleinern, um sie essen zu können. - Forelle Müllerin: Geschmack in Ordnung, auch die Forelle völlig nackt auf dem Teller geknallt. Insgesamt enttäuschend und lieblos. Keine Ahnung, was da los ist, aber die fehlende Gäste und das liebloser werdende ”Ambiente” lassen nichts Gutes hoffen. - Sehr schade.
