This is a small hotel, where we found everything we needed. It is clean, even though a bit older (they are renovating the facade now), but it has the perfect position, near the park and close to the center. The breakfast is good and the service very nice. They heard us talking English and addressed me in English, even though obviously only basic knowledge was there. It was very considerate and I really appreciated the effort, especially because it does not happen that often.

Der Empfang war herzlich, wir waren 1 Stunde zu früh. Obwohl die Anreise esrt ab 15 Uhr vorgesehen ist, konten wir auf unser Zimmer. Da wir auf dem Parkpltatz des Hausmeisters geparkt hatten, ging der Hausmeister hin und verschob sein Reservierungsschild auf einen freien Parplatz !!!!! Das Zimmer war schön sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Absolutes Highlite : das Frühstücksbufett. Es gab alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag benötigt: Lachs, gekochte Eier, Rühreier, verschidene Marmeladen, Käse, Wurst..... , verschieden Sorten Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Mineralwasser und am Sonntag auch noch Sekt. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet , das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in diesen 3 Tagen so zufrieden, das wir über Ostern auch schon reserviert haben. Wir waren scho seit 2015 in den Harz: Osterode, Herzberg und Bad Lauterberg waren unsere Übernachtunsorte. Wir waren in Hotels wo die Zimmerpreise wesentlich höher angesiedelt sind, aber in punkto Frühstück brauch sich das Hotel am Kurpark nicht verstecken, ebensowenig in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Diese Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Team, saubere Zimmer. Überzeugt euch selber!! 5 Sterne - viel zu wenig, wenn es ginge würde ich mehr geben. Vielen Dank dem gesamten Team, vor allem der Familie Henkel-Schrecke für die Freundlichkeit.

Unser Standart-Doppelzimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Leider war das Bett hart und rutschte auseinander. Vom Nachbargrundstück kam nachts laute Musik, was jedoch wegen seiner Lage vor allem unser Zimmer betraf. Das Frühstück war richtig klasse, es gab sogar Lachs und Sekt. Leider war der Inhaber sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionel, das trübt den sonst sehr guten Eindruck. Ich finde außerhalb der Saison 90 € pro Nacht für das eher kleine Zimmer auch nicht unbedingt preiswert.
