Clean room, courteous staff, easy check in process. Very understanding and personalized service. Definitely coming back with our sons to spend more time in Bacalar.

They must have had a real good photographer who knew how to work the angles on the online photos. They do not represent the hostal as it is.. It is in the worst possible location. Right next to a loud busy road. Fenced in a small courtyard. I was greeted with unfriendly service. And ended up leaving. And losing my money as it was non refundable. Go somewhere else !

The staff were so welcoming and so helpful with everything. The rooms are really clean and super cute, we used the kitchen it had everything we needed and also really clean! This was great value and really well looked after, would definitely recommend 🤗

Ubicación conveniente cerca de la terminal; taxi al centro ~20 pesos. Instalaciones agradables. Pero el acceso y la atención fueron muy deficientes: el portón común funciona con PIN para abrir una puertita y sacar una llave física; si no te dan el PIN completo, no entras. Después de las 7 p.m. no hubo personal ni instrucciones por ningún medio; quedamos afuera con mi familia y pagamos otro hotel pese a tener dos noches ya cubiertas. Al día siguiente advertí el riesgo de que alguien se llevara la llave; aseguraron que “nunca pasa” y pasó: volvimos a quedarnos afuera y no respondieron teléfono ni redes. No lo recomiendo para familias ni para llegadas tarde. Si reservas, exige por escrito el PIN, instrucciones claras y un contacto 24/7 antes de pagar.

Pésimo, no vayan!!! Muy mal estado de las cabañas, no hay agua caliente, feo feo, he ido a otras eco-friendly muy lindas, pero esta realmente esta muy descuidada, mala experiencia

部屋のシャワーは水でしたが、共有シャワーはお湯が出て助かりました。部屋も綺麗で、手作り感があって良かったし、庭がジャングルみたいでツリーハウスもあり面白かったです。ウォーターサーバーのサービスも有り難かったです。

Tiene varias tiendas y restaurantes donde comer cerca y ademas tiene el ADO a lado, asi que te puedes mover a cualquier sitio desde ahi. Ademas de que todo muy limpio y muy tranquilo, mucha naturaleza, me gustó. La gente de recepción muy amable.
