Extremely satisfied with my stay, definitely five stars! The hygiene details were impeccable, not a single stain or hair. Daily housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Service was attentive and warm, and responses were super quick. The hotel environment was quiet and serene, and the soundproofing was excellent. Room amenities were comprehensive; smart devices, hot water, and bathroom facilities all worked perfectly. Fantastic value for money.

The room was exceptionally clean, with no dust or odd smells in any corner, and the bedding was soft and tidy. The front desk and room service staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to all requests. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and taxis readily available right outside. The greenery around the hotel is also very pleasant. All room facilities were complete and in perfect working order, including the air conditioning, toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi. My stay was super comfortable, and I highly recommend it!

The room facilities were brand new and excellent, fully equipped and practical, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It's also right behind Korea Street, not far from Middle Street, so getting around is very convenient.

The hotel front desk staff speaks Chinese, which was very convenient. The room was decent, but the smoke smell was very strong. For breakfast, you need to go early, otherwise, there won't be much left to eat. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient.
