Good location. Smoke-free room & lobby. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast selections were good. Staff are very friendly. Anna at the front desk was very helpful & efficient to help me on the laundry promptly.

The hotel environment is great, and the price is quite reasonable. The only downside is that the weather in Vietnam is too hot. Anna, the lobby manager at the front desk, has excellent service. She knew it was hot and helped us turn on the AC in our room beforehand. I highly recommend this hotel.
