ORANGE CRYSTAL PHOENIX HOTEL (Bac Ninh, Vietnam)

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a business trip to Bắc Ninh. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the facilities are modern and functional. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which is a huge plus. They offer free laundry service where staff wash, dry, and fold your clothes – incredibly convenient! There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, and it's only about 2km from the city center and Chinatown. Getting a taxi downstairs is also very easy.

Booked this hotel for a business trip, and it's super convenient with plenty of dining options downstairs. Most of the staff understand Chinese, making communication a breeze. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even helped with an umbrella and luggage when it was raining. Excellent service all around!

Great! It's super convenient for getting around Hanoi. The breakfast was decent, and there's a park nearby. Overall, very good!

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff were very welcoming. Once, I left my cup at the front desk, and they kept it safe for a whole month until I could retrieve it. The surrounding area is also very pleasant.

Stayed here a few times and it's always been good. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, which makes communication much easier – that's a big plus. My only minor suggestion, perhaps it's just a personal preference, would be if there was an option for a flatter pillow.
