The surroundings are great and feel very safe, and the hygiene is excellent. The front desk staff all speak Chinese and are very enthusiastic and helpful. Definitely trustworthy!

It was alright, moderately priced, and the environment was decent. The front desk staff understood Chinese, but the breakfast was a bit simple.

Excellent. All staff speak Chinese. The food is also suitable for Chinese tastes. It's close to Bac Ninh city center, about a 15-minute walk to Chinese Street. It's clean and hygienic; this is my third stay here.

Location of hotel is slightly far from city centre. Several Chinese restaurants are available within a stone's throw.

Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.
