This hotel is said to be close to the sea. I drove by paragliding and island hopping. I drove through the sea but did not see the beach. It should take ten minutes to walk, but it’s close to that area. The location of the hotel is relatively close to the periphery. The large area is all small and small hotels, and the side near the sea will be better. The so-called apartment hotel is not the type of apartment booked in China. It’s just a room, not an apartment. It is a small villa built by residents divided into various rooms and then guests check in. So. I stayed here for two nights in different rooms. The first night was a triple room, the kind that father and mother brought a child. (Because there is no more room) This room is the second room on the right of the first floor. Bad review. The room is very small. Although the two of us, the luggage can not be opened at all, no place to put. If the family lives, it's really small. Basically lie down and go to bed without crowding. The toilet is slightly larger. And the sink is better than the second one. On the second night I changed to another room. On the second floor is a double room with pool view. The difference is that you can see the swimming pool by opening the balcony. The hotel's own swimming pool. This room is not very big but it is more comfortable than the first one. The only dissatisfaction is that the sink is too small and too small. Even if you brush your teeth and wash your face, it’s too small to wash your clothes. If you book this room, you can still live. On the first floor, you spent so much money living in a small hotel at 60.80 in China. These two rooms are only a few tens of dollars. The room was only 90 yuan in September. So probably measure it. The service is OK but don't talk about enthusiasm. Just a young guy who is very enthusiastic (as if he is the boss) will tell you what shopping mall eats. It's all good. Carrying luggage to the room is very welcoming. No pick-up, pick-up at the bus station, etc. Breakfast is not tasty. Not saying that we are not used to eating. Compared with other hotels, it is also very tasty. Foreigners also say that it is not tasty. 🤷‍♀️ The quilt in the room is a bath towel that is as big as the bed. You can make up for yourself. The parking lot is large. There are many locations outside the hotel. Many cars are parked at no charge. There is a parking space every time I go back. This is good. Suitable for children. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Many children are playing. The swimming pool is also quite large. There are also some chairs for rest. You are charged at the hotel when you arrive at the site. Euros are charged, but he did not find me the euro. In short, the price is there. But the price is the same for a hotel. Room size Location Orientation. this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! Gorgeous apartment on the ground floor! Fully equipped with washer and dryer, fridge freezer, air con, sky TV, WiFi, huge double bedroom and large single sofa bed. All cooking equipment you'd need to make a simple meal. Small balcony enough space for 2 to sit out and watch the house chickens scurry about the garden. We only stayed overnight for a very early morning flight so didn't venture further than the fantastic little supermarket almost next door! Superb accommodation for what we needed . Great location to town it’s a three minute walk to the cute alleyways to all the shops and restaurants Right across the street from the Harbor we paid for a Seaview and so glad we did I heard the other rooms just look over old buildings at the back The entrance & lobby is very cool and had nice air conditioning. Our room was very nice, very clean.The shower was beautiful - It had a sliding door so when you were in the shower you could look out to see the sea & Harbour TV selection for English was minimal but that’s ok Breakfast was fantastic a large selection hot and cold, fruits pastries cereals etc. What was the most fabulous thing about breakfast is it’s on the top floor where you have a fabulous views of the Harbor and it’s also a restaurant at night. It had a snack menu which you can go and order pizzas etc during the day very inexpensive. The staff at the hotel but very nice the lobby guys were always nice, the cleaning ladies were always very nice I did have a problem with some of the youngster at breakfast. They are constantly cleaning the tables with White trolley - that fabulous they are super cautious about clearing up I love that they’re attentive But they constantly pushed in front of me and it seemed they gave no regard to the paying customer.. if I’m walking up to go get a coffee and there’s a guy with a trolley I would’ve thought he would hold on & let me pass, but the youngsters always seemed to just plow ahead without any regard for their clients which I take is poor management - obviously they need to be taught that the customer should be allowed to go first, don’t intrude in the customers way etc. etc. This happened every morning. A lot of the staff were very young so I put that down to inexperience but really the management should have a heart to heart with their staff. One guy was exceptional & stood out -he was super friendly, short middle aged bald, always working hard to please everyone (sorry I didn’t get his name) I did enjoy the breakfast -though several other reviews said it was the same thing every morning The cold food was definitely the same -salads, bakery items cereals but the hot food was varied every day that we were there They had a coffee machine a large variety of juices, Turkish tea. I also noticed people ordering omelettes and smoothies which I believe are included. What was a little disappointment is the pool area - it is up on the top floor terrace it’s pretty much a small plunge pool which is really nice but super hot — only 2 umbrellas so barely any shade (Bear in mind it’s 90° ) they really very much needed some tall trees or palm trees or large plants to give shade to others who are unfortunate enough to not get an umbrella There is a boat that takes you to the Alesta Beach club (free) the boat ride is very nice it runs about 4 times a day 10:30 and every 2 hrs later (20 min ride) I must say I was a bit disappointed with the Beach club The bar area is lovely with great seats and fabulous

From the pictures, I expected a nice spacious pool, with childrens/splash pool. I expected a rooftop terrace/sunbathing/relaxing area and a pool table. It seems that some changes have taken place since photos were posted online as there is no splash pool or pool table and the roof terrace is a barren, unwelcoming space. The pool now has a wall built up against one side, so along with the boundary wall, means it's flanked on all sides and doesn't receive enough sun to warm the pool, so even at the end of the season, after a summer of sun, its still freezing. As in other reviews, it seems rooms vary wildly. Ours was much nicer than our friend's, but our balcony was next to useless as it was completely shaded/baracaded by creeping plants. All of this, I could let slide, bearing in mind the price paid, but the service we received was a deal breaker for us. We like to drink late, often returning from town for a couple more at the bar before bed. On our first day we asked what time the bar closed and were basically told, whenever we wanted. We returned from town at 12.30am to complete darkness. We asked if the bar could be reopened and received a flat out ”no”. On another night we arrived back at the bar when it was still open, but later on, I think somewhere between 1.30 and 2.00am it shut down. That is understandable, but we didn't like the fact that we weren't told it was closing or asked if we wanted anything else, they just turned the lights out, shut everything down and left us sitting there in the dark! Despite this, 4 members of staff were still in the vicinity, one ”night watchman” and three others sitting chatting and looking at their phones. It seems bizarre, that you wouldn't keep the bar open and take our money, if you are hanging around anyway? Most of the time we were completely ignored by the staff, no one asked us how our day was or if we were enjoying our stay. There was one exception, one guy did make more of an effort to say hello and we had a brief conversation at the bar with him once in 10 days. For these reasons, we chose not to give the hotel any of our money and took our custom elsewhere as much as we could. We reckon the hotel lost out on at least £1000 in drinks from our group. Although the hotel had its faults, its close to the beach and more than adequate, so we may well have stayed again, had the customer experience been better.

I’ll not repeat all the great place, great staff comments. Take that as read. Rooms Emailed the hotel a couple of months before our stay to request a specific block. They could not promise but made a note against our booking. We were located exactly where we wanted. Block 42 on the second floor. Sun all day on the great balcony and as far away as possible from the Cuphea to avoid the noise of the bands at night. Not totally avoidable but this is your best chance. If you can live with the noise, or are likely to be in the Cuphea until the shows end (23:30ish) then block 46 is your best bet. Sun all day and a view of the beach/ocean. Block 41 similar benefits to 42, blocks 43, 44 and 45 have morning sun only. Just as an observation, really couldn’t see the advantage in the Lake House suites. Just afternoon sun for them and a little more privacy, but it’s a helluva jump in price for having a waiter on tap (which by the way everyone on the sun beds around the pool pretty much had all day anyway). But, each to their own. Bars Drinks at pool bar and Cuphea I suspect, are watered down to some extent. Never really got a kick from any of them and didn’t witness any loud/rowdy behaviour. I don’t believe that was completely due to it being a more refined class of customer 😁. Not a complaint, just an observation. Lobby bar was definitely a step up in quality drinks wise and the Balkon for drink(18:00 - 24:00) even better. We ventured next door a few times at night and the drinks at The Boardwalk and the bar by the adult pool were again noticeably watered down. If you like a pale ale/IPA then the Fredricks IPA (bottled beer) is a nice drop. It’s a bit hit and miss if they have it at certain bars. They always needed to fetch it from somewhere else when I ordered it with dinner. Food If you order from the menu at breakfast, then wait until you have finished anything you have from the buffet, otherwise it’ll most likely arrive before you have finished your cereal or whatever. Balkon for breakfast is fab, just gotta like cheese. If you fancy all 3 starters, or mains for that matter as a couple, then order them. It’s not a problem, or unusual Cuphea evening menu is also available at lunch. Coffee and cakes from the lobby bar in the afternoon are a must. You can ask for chocolates as a takeaway. Quite a few are coming home with us😁 Pool The biggest we’ve ever experienced. Coolish at first, but had way worse. Waiters are round at least every 30 minutes. Cool boxes have 2 bottles of Effes, 2 still water and 2 sparkling. No need to towel save sun beds. Always loads to spare, but if it’s your thing knock yourselves out. Beach Average. Need shoes to get in the sea ideally. Loads of loungers on the beach. Didn’t bother with cabanas but they looked nice enough. Seen a few moans about it being a public beach in front of them. I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel is such a gem I had to. The setting is beautiful right on the seafront gorgeous throughout the day with amazing sunsets every night. The staff are second to none all of them, reception, restaurant, bar, the chefs all so friendly and done with smiles on their faces. I have to give a special mention to the 2 ladies who do the housekeeping what a lovely pair of ladies always smiling giving you a wave and going out of their way to help you. We had a room on the third floor and enjoyed a sea view and a view of the mountains and could watch the water taxi travel up and down. Yes there is no lift but the steps are not steep and are short flights if you need to take a breather we had no issues as a couple in our 50’s. Our room was very modern, good size with a very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and good air conditioning, the balcony is small but large enough and has a table and a couple of chairs. I was concerned that we would struggle to find beds around the pool but this was never an issue sometimes having it entirely to ourselves. The water taxi is a 5 minute walk away and plenty of bars/restaurants on your doorstep yet you were never troubled by noise on a night time. We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed it immensely and would highly recommend this hotel. No complaints at all my only suggestion would be some more draws/shelf space in the rooms if staying the length of time we did. I look forward to returning and enjoying their great hospitality only returned home today and miss it already. Thank you for making our holiday!

Excellent hotel with views of the marina and yachts. Within walking distance of the old city, Lycian tombs. As we understood, there is no beach nearby, but we didn’t need it. Very colorful and atmospheric, it is clear that it is maintained with love for the place and its work. The parking is public, we were there in December and we found a place. In summer, problems may arise. The staff is friendly, we upgraded our room for free, thank you very much! Breakfast: two types: Turkish and English. Turkish is a delight. Very tasty and beautiful. The only drawback for us: the lighting in the room is poor, there is no ceiling lighting, it was dark for us. But apparently this is the concept of many hotels in Turkey (four hotels on this trip have a similar situation). I recommend the hotel!

The location is very good, 5 minutes to go out of the door is the Dead Sea, cost-effective, a lot of bar along the street, but the room can not hear, no noisy. But the type of breakfast is rarely bad.

Very satisfied. The room was narrow because it was a single room, but it was enough to rest alone. It is 3 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean ~ Unfortunately, the hot water didn't come out, and only the cold water came out, and I liked the terrace, but it was the only thing that I saw was the building like a lung building in front of me. Very satisfied and well rested for the price.
