Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa

Firstly I just like to say due to what was going on between Iran and USA I was a little concerned about travelling to Cyprus. But honestly nothing has change Cyprus is safe to holiday in. Check in was welcoming and easy and we were taking to are room on a buggy, having had an upgrade one year to the fisherman village. We decided to book it this year. Everything about this area is fantastic your own sun lounger and pool area with a waiter/ waitress that take your drinks order throughout the day. You don’t have to leave your sun lounger if you don’t want to the service is amazing, and your treated like a VIP. The hotel and gardens are very picturesque and clean and well maintained. All the staff work really hard to make you stay enjoyable. The hotel has four themed restaurants ( that have to be booked some restrictions apply) plus a dinner and the everyday breakfast dinner evening meal restaurant. The food in all the restaurants is of the highest quality and every night it’s a different theme in the main restaurant. There is entertainment day and night which won’t be to everyone taste, but the one I seen where good. The shows in the experience arena are superb. The are several pools including an indoor one. The outside pools are cold but once in them are fine. It also has a new addition since my last visit of a swim up bar pool for adults only which is lovely. The lazy river is brilliant it’s so peaceful floating around in it taking in some features of the hotel. The hotel has a snack bar and ice cream parlour both are excellent. I enjoyed my stay here over Easter and can’t fault. The room was great and made up daily and all the staff work tirelessly to make your stay enjoyable it is 5star treatment and I will be returning again. I do love this hotel and what it offers.

We had an amazing stay at Olympic Lagoon Resorts Ayia Napa from start to finish. Honestly, there is nothing negative to say about this hotel or our experience. Everything was exceptional from the food, the entertainment, the room service, truly everything. The whole area is so clean and tidy, and you can see how well everything is looked after. Rooms are spacious and really tidy. The views, both within the hotel and around it, are just amazing. A very special thanks to Christoula (Xristoulla), who went above and beyond for us. She made very special pizzas for my allergic son and took such great care to make sure he could enjoy his holiday just like everyone else. She truly made our holiday extra special. Another big thank you to Donatas — his work is just amazing, and he works incredibly hard to make sure we are well looked after and enjoying our meals. Huge respect as well to the bar staff, who work tirelessly and make the best cocktails ever, we are so grateful. Everyone deserves a big thank you as everyone works so hard and truly put their heart into what they do. Much thanks also to Dimitrij, Margarita, and everyone else we met during our stay. You all made our experience unforgettable. We had such an amazing stay and really hope to come back again very soon.

An amazing stay from start to finish. Great food options and amazing service. The service and quality of meals was consistently high in all areas. Allocated sunbeds works well and the lazy river is amazing.

This was an amazing hotel, it was so amazing we are trying to come back again. The moment we came here we got our rooms in a second, the receptionists were very fast. Afterwards, we went to the buffet and it was incredible with everything you could imagine, along with another 5 other great restaurants to enjoy, I have to say the best restaurant was the buffet with different food nights every day like BBQ night (our favorite). And it does not stop there, there are shows every night and entertainment like volleyball every day, (Kanika All Stars did amazing with these things). We are now hoping there is available space for the Abdallah family to come again and experience this absolutely incredible hotel again.

We stayed in fisherman’s and was worth the extra with drink and snack service to our sun beds, as others have said room could be updated but didn’t effect our stay as it was spotlessly clean and was cleaned daily with a turn down service which was a first for us , all staff very friendly and attentive. Loved all the restaurants and food was top class, we loved the entertainment with the queen tribute show one of the best we have seen (excellent). Zuzana was our favourite waitress and knew our drinks order after first night , she actually went out of her way to make sure we didn’t have empty glasses and was made us laugh(give her a raise). Pools were great with allocated sun beds , so much I could say about this great hotel, if you thinking of booking , DO IT! You won’t regret it , Thank you Olympic lagoon Ayia Napa x

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 day break at this hotel.We are more than familiar with the awful feeling of arriving at what should be a 4 star hotel and actually finding a 2 star mess. Not so on this occasion. The whole experience was top notch .The staff where superb throughout the hotel.During our albeit short 4 day stay we didn't have one bad interaction with a staff member.This may have had something to do with the fact that they had more staff members than guests due to it being so late in the season but let's not be churlish... Our favourite part of the hotel was the newly built swim up bar which was manned by what seemed like our very own barman Ivo , the creator of the dirty banana cocktail. The sun shone and the cocktails flowed .Add to all this wonderful decadence the fact that the hotel grounds are also populated with well cared for cats and kittens and you have a splendid holiday experience..Thankyou , we look forward to a return visit

Everything about this hotel is amazing, the food, drinks, pools and restaurants, have nothing negative to say. My friend Gary loves cats so the number of little pussy cats made his trip even more special!

Our stay at the Olympic Lagoon Resort was absolutely wonderful. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated the great choice of dining options, and we were lucky to be able to try all of them. The buffet food was high quality and a good variety (even for vegetarians multiple options every day). We enjoyed the beautiful Serenity Oasis. The pool bar was a highlight for us. The location of the hotel was really convenient for us, quiet but still near to the lovely Nissi Beach and some shops. We can only recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree holiday. We will definitely try to come back.
