The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner . The room was standard . The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

Very family friendly, staff very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, very much a 3 star but food was plentiful and always managed to find something even out of 20 of us the fussiest found something they could eat. Drinks and cocktails not too bad. Never struggled for a sunbed. Not much in the sense of entertainment, a game of bingo every night and some sort of turn on.

Just stayed here 11 nights. Anyone reading these reviews please ignore the negative reviews and form your own opinion when you get here. I read all the reviews and was expecting the worst. On arrival we did have a few issues with the room and was no other room available but this was all sorted the next day. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and sorted all our issues out promptly. Food was good. I am a vegetarian and always had a full plate. My husband and kids always found something too. I recommend the omelettes at breakfast. We did have a couple of ants in room which was to be expected and 1 cockroach but a quick spray of the ant killer I took with me and we saw no more. Pool and water park were good. The waterpark could do with a few more rings and the pool could do with a few more sun beds. All inclusive drinks was good, cocktails were nice and plenty to choose from, although some were stronger than others. We caught some of the entertainment but normally didn’t stay to watch as we like to ho out and wander. This hotel was ideal for exploring Ayia Napa. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. Any questions I am happy to answer.

Had a wonderful holiday here! Was a bit wary after reading some of the previous reviews, but I'm glad I didn't read too much into them. All staff were so polite, helpful and ready to act on your every whim with a smile. I'm sure a lot of the negative reviews are a self-reflection maybe on how people treat others and they get the same back in return. I'm sure Savvas in the bar was determined to make sure my husband had a good holiday by not measuring his vodka!! Entertainment was limited but there was only one person on the ents team, so you can only do so much then, but he was friendly enough and really involved everyone in everything that was going on. We had an issue with our safe in the room which was sorted within 15 minutes of reporting it. There was ample food and drink for everyone. Lots of variety every day, with lots of lovely local Greek dishes to try. As soon as the restaurants closed the snack bars would open, so food, ice creams and drinks were available right through the day. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaners came in every day and changed sheets and towels every other day. If you need it done more often than that you just had to speak to reception and they accommodated you. The pools, sunbed area and surrounding complex areas were clean and tidy. Some sunbeds were obviously a bit tired after a full season, but that's to be expected by November I suppose! Unfortunately we missed the waterpark which closed the day we got there on 31 October, but the 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool was fine anyway and the disappointment from the teens didn't last too long - I did wonder before going if it may close as we were going towards the end of season. Only a short walk out of the back of the hotel and you were on the promanade that runs the length of Ayia Napa, which was a really nice walk especially when the sun was setting. The location is ideal, just off a main street and a short walk to the busy bars. A 5 minute walk to the harbour and bus stops are 2 mins away to take you all over the island. All in all, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and by the end of the 10 days we felt like we were in an exclusive resort as there was hardly anyone left! I'd definitely recommend Panthea Holiday Village as an ideal base for your holiday in Ayia Napa.

Panthea Village was a hotel that gave out mixed feelings. Our room was of a good size, My granddaughter loved the sliding doors between the two sleeping areas as they gave her privacy. The bathroom was something else, the floor in the shower was a patchwork of previous repairs. The smell that came up from the drains was unpleasant, we had to keep the plug closed in the sink and a towel over the drain in the shower. Room service was hit and miss as to whether we got any or not, one day all she did was empty the bin and left, we made out own beds most days. There are areas around the hotel, that are in need of desperate attention. The inside of the lift has defiantly seen better days. The fire door outside our room had no glass in it, so in the case of a fire would be worthless. Don't get me wrong, not all was bad. The children loved the outdoor pool, spent a few hours in it every day. They also enjoyed the waterpark area, the slide here were a big hit. In both places more sunbeds were needed, as they got taken very quickly. Now as for the dinning room. We would often be waiting round for clean cutlery or crockery. The food itself was basic, nothing special. The meat was often to dry, if you love chips - pasta - potatoes, you'll be fine here. My observation was, that the dining room was not big enough to cope with the capacity of the hotel, and we went out of season.

I was worried before we came on holiday due to all of the negative reviews posted lately on TripAdvisor, and I didn't know what to expect, but after one day here I was so glad I came. After a week here I still really can't understand what people's issues are with the place. Staff were lovely, all happy and friendly. Fetched us drinks throughout meal times and were all happy and joking with us. The food was decent. I ate eggs on toast every morning followed by Danish pastries and coffee, but there were loads more breakfast options. Cold meats, salad, bacon, sausages, melon, fruit, yogurt, cereals. Too many to list. Every day for lunch I had a plate of assorted meat, rice and veg and a similar thing every day for tea. Deserts were different every day for dinner and tea. Every day the soups were different and tasted fantastic. There is also a live cooking bar at every meal making things to order. In between meal times there was a snack bar serving pasta and sauce, chips, salads, fruit amongst other things. Basically there is always something to eat, and if you can't find anything you are being extremely picky. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, then why would you book an all inclusive anyway. Please don't moan about this place because of your poor life choices. The bar had free drinks on the all inclusive which were all decent and there were ice creams available every day. The pool was clean and the pool area cleaned and sprayed down every morning. The room was regularly cleaned and the staff did a great job at looking after and feeding all the cats on site. The water park was also superb. I drank beer all day for a week and the kids had a constant stream of soft drinks and ice creams. As for the location, it was also perfect. Central location, you can see the sea one side and the fayre the other side. We checked out of the room on the last day at just before midday and kept our bands until we left, someone in a previous review mentioned the all inclusive ended at 12, but that's not the case at all. They even told us to enjoy our last meal and we squeezed it in right before collection. Overall a brilliant holiday and I would happily return to this holiday village.
