The hotel experience was perfect, lovely staff, rooms are clean and very nice. Great pool area and perfectly located. Not too close to the ***** so you have the noise but short walk to any necessities such as shops, restaurants, beaches and the *****. Great value for money, highly recommend!

Stayed in Rio Gardens for a week with a few of my friends! Rooms were modern and clean. Perfect location only walking distance from the Party ***** but far enough away if you wanted to chill. Staff were nice and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely re-book if I ever fly back out to Ayia Napa again🤝🏻

Stayed here for a week holiday. Great location not too far from the ***** but also nice and chilled. Lovely staff who answered any questions I had, clean room with a balcony and pool view to top it off, would defo stay here again.

Flew out with a few of my boys to Ayia Napa and Rio Gardens has been the perfect spot for our holiday! Rooms are fresh, staff are always helpful and the locations exactly where you want to be with it being walking distance from the Party ***** and Nissi Avenue. Couldn’t fault anything about this Hotel and I’d recommend it to anyone that’s looking to fly out Ayia Napa on holiday this summer🫡

The property description and photographs provided during the booking process were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation. As a result, my stay was extremely distressing and far below the standard I expected when booking through your platform. The images used in the listing appear to be digitally altered. The property does not have a swimming pool in front of it as shown, and the exterior and interior photographs—particularly the bedrooms—do not match the real condition of the apartment. The rooms were basic, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard advertised. Upon arrival, the property was closed, and I was forced to wait approximately 30 minutes before a receptionist arrived. Contrary to the information on your website, there is no 24/7 reception service. Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous serious issues, including: • No hot water for three days • Gas cooker not functioning for two days • Air conditioner not working at all, leaving the property without heating or cooling • Bathroom extractor fan broken, making it impossible to use the bath properly • No WiFi available despite being advertised • Kettle not working, preventing me from boiling water for my children • Excessive dust throughout the apartment • Ongoing construction noise during the day, making rest impossible • An unsafe and deserted atmosphere at night These conditions were unacceptable and turned what should have been a holiday into a deeply unpleasant experience. I booked this property in good faith, relying on the accuracy of the information provided on your website. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the description in any way, and this has significantly damaged my trust in your platform. I strongly urge you to investigate this listing, remove any misleading content, and take appropriate action to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues. This situation reflects poorly on your reputation, and I believe it warrants immediate attention.

Amazing hotel, perfect location walking distance to everything

The location is good if you don’t have mobility problem, it’s on a steep slope. I stayed here in winter, no heating in the bedroom. Couldn’t sleep because I was too cold. The room was not cleaned towels wasn’t changed bedding wasn’t changed. Corridors and hallways were dirty and very dusty. No staff at reception, there were a lady there once, she was not helpful , no WiFi available. I had a maintenance man in because I had problem with the bathroom sink. He used the toilet and pee all over the toilet seat and left it, I had to clean it. The kitchen sink leaked . No dish cloth, no bowls to eat out of. I would never stay here again even if I was paid to. VERY Disappointed

We are extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. Keep in mind, we were on a 9 person girls holiday and were not holding expectations to a high standard, however, the experience started off poorly with a bad check-in and the staff were generally rude and inefficient. The room was far below acceptable standards. The mattress was visibly dirty, and the sheets did not fit properly and were stained. The air conditioning was only effective in one area of the room, making the rest uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no basic utensils like knives and forks provided. The room was not cleaned once during our stay, nor were we given any equipment to clean with. Many items in the room were broken and in disrepair, for example, the shower constantly flooded. The worst part of the stay was the pool. It was a biohazard, causing discoloration to all our jewelry and clothing that had been fine in other chlorinated pools. To make matters worse, I even had to remove a dirty pair of boxers from the pool. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The conditions are unsanitary, the staff are unhelpful, and the overall experience was deeply unpleasant.

Staying there was the worse experience I’ve ever had, filthy bed sheets ,toilet never been cleaned before,everything is broken and if you ask for refund is almost impossible to get it… first night didn’t even sleep there it was disgusting even sitting on the couch ,9 o clock exact in the morning we left…never experienced something like this in my life and we are travelling often, the only person that was willing to help it was one girl from reception that couldn’t do much, we arrived 4 o clock at the night 40 degrees extremely tired just to find out the room had nothing to do with the pictures,very dirty bedsheets and toilet ,no air conditioning working so we asked for fan at least that never arrived and the only person that could help left us on waiting until his shift change and was leaving from reception to avoid us… after this we asked for refund and I had to present myself there 3 times to push them to accept giving the refund and eventually they gave us a bit less of 2/3 of the money we paid but at least we eventually got something back …worst experience we ever had , don’t recommend it to anyone especially with family and kids ,my kids were crying wanting to go home because they are used to live in clean environment,that was filthy… total disgrace
