Euronapa Hotel Apartments

Very good place considering the price. Good food, very nice people on reception and in the restaurant. Rooms are a bit outdated but everything is very clean and works fine, a lot of soace and a nice balcony. We had half board meal plan and it worked well for us, food is good quality and tasty, breakfast was the same every day but with enough choice. The hotel is situated near the main street, but it's really quiet in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come again.

The room we got on arrival was cleaned ages ago or never cleaned at all. Dust everywhere, floors full of someones hair and other stuff. Black footprints in the bathtub. The hairdryer sticky full of dirt. Black dirty towel in the wardrobe. Pillows with hair also. The sheetbed was black and with gravel on it :( sad I didnt’ take a photo of it. The tables sticky also never cleaned. Strange then why when we arrived it was said we have to wait until 14:00 the room will be cleaned if it wasnt even checked???! The towels were changed everyday but almost everytime one or two had stains from somenones makeup. Truly , I have never ever understood people who are taking photos of some kind of things like this on their holiday but when you get into the situation by yourself then you realise that is important to worn people what to expect and that the rating in booking for example is clearly not realistic. Talking about the included breakfast-very very poor. Everyday the same,little choice. We have spent 900 eur for a week and somebody could ask us what you expect for this value of money?! But we have had much better experiences before for the same amount of money so we can compare. The swimming pool area nice. The location- good. In the middle of the city heart. All in all, the hotel has things to improve!!!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2025. In short: the staff are extremely friendly, cleanliness is at the highest level, the food could be a bit more varied but everything is very tasty. All in all, I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone and I hope to come back again next year.

The whole hotel inklusive pool area is spotless clean. Cosy garden with large tropical plants. Very friendly reception staff. Large rooms with balcony/terrace. Great spacious pool with bar/restaurant Robinson’s. Even the hotel’s own restaurant by the reception is nice, buffet dinner with various themes depending on week day. Good prices.

This is my second time staying at the euronapa and it’s great value for money. Rooms always clean and tidy. nice modern room ,Pool area was clean and pleasant. The Robinson bar has great food. If your looking for a fair price Hotel with nice facilities then this is it.

Some things were good, some things were poor. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning in the apartment was fantastic. Small kitchenette was handy for making snacks, although the hotel did not provide an oven mit, dishtowel or cleaning sponge which was really inconvenient. We ended up using a hand towel as an oven mit. Cleaning was good on some days but less good on others. The floor of our balcony wasn't cleaned once during our 10 night stay. Fresh towels were provided everyday for use in the apartment and at the poolside. You don't need to take pool towels with you which is a great help. Tea and coffee sachets in the room were not replenished during the length of our stay. Bedding was clean and was changed frequently but we found stains on pillow cases and duvet covers. Apartment furniture is rather tired and needs maintained/upgrading. The water power in the shower was very low. It took a long time to wash long hair. Air conditioning unit was dripping water inside our apartment. It seems that the same problem runs throughout the hotel because it was dripping in the lobby and in the restaurant. Food in the hotel ranged between good and poor. Breakfast options were the same each day. Continental options as well as cooked options are on offer. The quality of the breakfast was OK/good. Homemade pancakes were offered only on a Sunday, presumably because locals visit the hotel at the weekend. Not enough fresh fruit. Restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming and they do a great job. Dinner options changed every night. Quality of meat at times was poor and inedible. The chicken meat on offer at the roast night did not resemble chicken. Fish tended to be undercooked. The temperature of the food was lukewarm. The chef does a good job of adding flavour to food, but there are problems in the kitchen with cooking meat and fish and keeping it warm at the buffet. The salad options were the best part. We also enjoyed the cold desserts. There was a lack of labeling on some of the food so at time we weren't sure what we were eating. We took half board basis but we chose to eat out instead for more than half of our holiday. There's plenty of lovely restaurants in the area. The pool area seems sufficiently big enough for the amount of hotel guests, however when locals decend on the pool at the weekend it turns into chaos. Rude unsupervised children caused mayhem with no regard given to fee paying hotel guests. The weekends, especially Sundays, were not enjoyable at the pool. We discovered after 4 days that towels had been left on sunbeds by people who had since gone home so we removed the towels and used the beds. The hotel could do more to prevent this happening. On the plus side there was no early morning rush to put towels on sunbeds. We had no problem getting sunbeds at 9 or 10am. I don't have high expectations, but a clean room is a basic requirement. I felt nauseous all night from the smell of the room. The floor of the room is dirty and greasy. The whole room smells unbearably of stinky food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
