Location couldn't be any better, the hotel is on the beach, and still close to other services. Okeanos is small and nice hotel. Room with ocean view was very beautiful and clean, our cleaning lady was superb. Food was what it usually is in buffet, we did go out to eat almost every day.

Amazing hotel , excellent customer service, really clean, all staff starting with management, reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping are very friendly, helpful, attention to details, makes you feel welcomed and ready to enjoy your vacation. I highly recommend Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel and definitely we come back .

Okeanos Beach Boutique: Relax in Paradise in Ayia Napa We had a great time at Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel in Ayia Napa! The staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are modern and comfortable and the location directly on the beach is unmatched. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, enjoying delicious meals in the hotel restaurant (breakfast and dinner were excellent!) and relaxing under the Cypriot sun. Highlights: Perfect location: right on the beautiful beach with stunning views. Perfect for beach lovers! Modern Comfort: Rooms are well furnished, clean and have balconies with beautiful views. Excellent service: The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. All amenities: The pool is lovely and we loved the on-site gym and sauna. Food is good: breakfast is very good and dinner in the restaurant in the restaurant is also very good. In conclusion, we recommend Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ayia Napa. This is a beautiful hotel with great service, facilities and delicious food, we will stay there again! :)

Well what can we say … we’ve been here 3 days and oh my lord! The hotel is absolutely stunning, exactly like the pics , nothing has been edited to look better ! It’s super clean everywhere , food is fantastic! Amazing all inclusive food and a massive selection of drinks too! The hotel is just perfect and we can’t say a bad word about it at all! More importantly the staff and management are absolutely FANTASTIC and completely the best , they go above and beyond further than we’ve ever known! I proposed to my gf on our 2nd night and they decorated all a separate area and greeted us All after with a celebratory cheesecake , champagne and also decorated our bed ! Honestly the staff are all the best ever ! And we certainly will not stay anywhere else ever again! Okeanos you have our hearts forever ! Never change ! We love you all for making our stay like a dream ! Thank you so much! I seriously mean this when I say…don’t walk to book this holiday! Run and book it! From stace, Sam, Dee and Freddie xxxx

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We have been coming here for several years before Covid and returned this year to a refurbished hotel. Beautiful rooms and extra parking. This year we booked here for our 25th Anniversary and requested a Harbour View which was arranged with also complimentary fizz and card which was lovely. The Manager and staff are so friendly and helpful and the location by the harbour is wonderful. Already looking to book next year! Wonderful hotel x

We had a fantastic week stay at this hotel. We opted for a sea view and it’s definitely worth the extra money the view is amazing from the room. Rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly, air conditioning is a god send. Wine and water left in our room on arrival which was a lovely touch.Hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in, food is fantastic and such a variety.Staff are a credit to the hotel and nothing is too much trouble, you are really well looked after. Location is right on the beach and the hotel has its own sun-loungers and brollies for the guest to use, never had trouble acquiring them so no need to get up ridiculously early. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and quality.

One of the best hotels in Ayia Napa. Great location next to the port with great view. The food and the rooms are amazing. The staff are excellent, polite and friendly. I strongly recommend to come for vacation

An excellently situated Hotel just next to Ayia Napa's beautiful and bustling harbour. We were welcomed late by a very friendly lady on reception and throughout the stay all of the staff were most hospitable , and Kind. The food varies everyday something different , the rooms are super clean and well equipped. On some nights there us live entertainment, perfect coupled with one of their delicious cocktails. My daughter enjoyed the small park in the garden , there is also a bigger park situated right next to the hotel in the karoursos restaurant which is easily accessible and free of charge . The pool has a shallow end for children and a smaller pool for babies, it is very beautiful and comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay , I would highly recommend this hotel to a single person , couples , friends or families with older or younger children . There is something for all . Many thanks for a fabulous holiday, see you again soon !

Such a clean and nice little hotel! Our room overlooked the pool area and the beach, and though it wasn't very spacious, we mainly spent our time there sleeping. The waiting staff and the personell in the bar were such a smiling and helpful bunch of guys. The pool area was also very inviting and clean, and the pool big enough for us to cool down in. The hotel had some sunbeds on the beach as well, but we never used those. We went for the all-inclusive option, and were very pleased with the buffet options, drinks and beer. The buffet was not overwhelmingly large, but had several and bountiful options. Also, the buffet changed between lunch and dinner, and from day to day. My only concern is what they do with all the left-over food each day. It's nice to have many and plentiful options, but I hope they have some sort of arrangement to handle this, as it seems very wasteful to see it all thrown in the bin. A plus also for the gym area, as it had all the amenities for a quick (or long) work-out.
