Good experience

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean and comfortable bedroom. The breakfast its also a plus. On the other hand, our room was facing the highway and was very loud (try to get a room on the other side). Additionally, there are a few Blink level two electric car chargers on the parking lot (paid separately) that, unfortunately, weren’t working during my stay (probably not the hotel fault).

Staff is always amazing, some issues with the bathroom lights but overall great stay, team is great

Front desk staff wasn't the most welcoming. When asking questions she was very short with replies. Also, it's 2023, when someone hands you their card or license you hand it back. Placing it on the counter is considered rude. Aside from that, it's a very nice area with lots to do.

Very clean place. Easy access to the places we wanted to go. A lot of shopping and eating places close by.

We stay here frequently and almost always see different stuff at the front desk. This time the three staff members we interacted with were super friendly and super helpful. We had a toddler that was sick and they were super accommodating and even let us check out late after coming back from the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The room was clean and they had everything we needed for our little family. They even gave us some waters and snacks for being Hilton honors members in a cute little bag. The only bad thing was when we pulled out the sofa bed. There was a dirty sheet still on it with something smeared on it, and a wrapper of some sort. I could see how that could be overlooked if the couch had been put back in place with the sheets. But everything else was wonderful.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we were visiting family and attending a concert. It was very comfortable and clean. Had lots of things to do in the area and easy to get around.

The hotel itself was really good. My in laws stayed in one room and they didn't have any complaints. Me, my husband and my mom stayed in another room and I have some complaints. We only had hand towels, not even one shower towel. There was no shampoo and we only had one package of coffee. So, I was disappointed. The room itself is very comfortable and the breakfast was good. But not having those 3 basic things was a bummer.
