Moved to this property from another hotel due to wanting to be closer to area I was visiting, Check in was efficient Room was in a coinvent location and liked that the room had a full refrigerator and kitchette

Hotel is nice and clean, but the advertised 100 Mb/s is totally wrong. Actually booked this room because of the advertised fast wifi and it was one of the slowest speeds I've seen for a hotel in a long time. In reality, it was about 4Mb/s download-1Mb/s upload. Unfortunately, high speed is an important factor when I choose hotels, so we will not be staying here again.

Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in the Phoenix area! The room was big; the bed was comfy and there was plenty of parking. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

They do not Inforce a quiet time between 11pm to 6am. The people next door came in at 3am with there loud music and talking like they brought the dance floor back to there room, they had no consideration for those who were traveling and sleeping that night. After an hr and a half I realized no one was going to do anything, so I had to call the front desk to ask them to tone it down.
