Small but cozy and beautiful room with shower stuff, water and pot what is important in Turkey;) We were on a organized trip with group and the buffets are wonderful- full of Turkish delicates . If we ever back to Capadocia for sure we will back to this hotel;)

I have been going to Cappadocia for years and have stayed in many hotels. Alp Hotel is the most comfortable hotel of my stay. The cleanliness, the close and sincere attention of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the quality of service I receive with my family deserves the money I paid for them. It has a large garden and swimming pool. Breakfast and food are very good. I would like to thank the owner of the hotel, Mr. Alper and all the hotel staff.

A overnight stay for the next day air ballon ride. All basic amenities of a hotel are provided (much better to city hotel) to think this is in the middle of nowhere. Facilities are clean and staff are politely helpful & friendly. The Breakfast and Dinner are buffet with vast of choices that everyone would really enjoy as it is awesome. The hotel is decorated based on their concept of the architecture and derived & distinguish their place Cappadocia( even the sink, bed frame etc).I appreciate and love this but some people would feel claustrophobic as the way the rooms are built. The only negative side is that the mattress for the kid bed needs to be change into new one. Over all experience is great and amazing. I should make it 3 but rather made it 4 due to staff’s outstanding hospitality and friendliness. Recommended…

Came as part of Turkey tour group and stayed 2 nights for balloon ride. Location is pretty far from Avanos town center- closest interesting point is Han restaurant and Venessa Ceramic Center. Room is cozy sizewise and "romantically" lit- which would have been fine for bedroom but terrible for bathroom. Best thing about hotel lobby is the free photo room where you can take photos in traditional costumes. The 2 worst things about hotel is lack of elevator (TRY dragging 2 large and 2 small luggages up down 2 flights of stairs when you're a 150lbs female with no help during early morning checkout) and nonexistent wifi despite promises of 6 different wifi hotspots. Breakfast and dinner were fine- bland coffee but interesting meze. Staff facilitate from being very (or overly) responsive in dining room/bellhop or nonexistent during checkout. My room was a reconfigured one that had a wardrobe for some reason- which unfortunately made it less spacious than it could have been; if this was done because of fengshui (asian tourists?), I could have told the hotel to just hang floor to ceiling sheer curtains in the room foyer right before the bedroom area which would have solved the issue more elegantly. Still, hotel has good bones and great potential. Fix the wifi issue, install an elevator, better bathroom lighting (for makeup application FGS), some doorway curtains PLUS maybe some noise absorbing carpeting in the hallways/door weather*****ping to reduce the racket of wheeled luggages on stone floors, and the hotel improves significantly. Per previous reviews, my room DOES have free bottled water, coffee and tea sachets along with the coffeemaker + paper cups so obviously management is listening. Offering a scheduled hotel shuttle to town would be the cherry on the topping if possible. Curious to see if the hotel can evolve to its promise to become a great, cost effective place to stay in Cappadocia. PS: please dear god have the plumber regularly check beneath your bathroom sink faucet- the "romantic" lighting certainly didn't hide the leak that is starting to damage the stone wall + floor...

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is comfortable but provides just basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The restaurant buffet provides a fair quality of food but it is uncomfortable to have waiters stand beside your table waiting for you to complete dining so that they can clear the tables. Bathrooms are small but the shower was good. Internet quality in rooms is not very good. I had to come to the reception to make my Internet based telephone calls. Rooms are rather small and do not have any good viewpoint. Receptionist was friendly but struggled to speak English. Breakfast was average. This is an average hotel. We liked our stay but would probably look for another hotel if we visit Cappadocia again. Munir Daya

We stayed at this hotel as part of a trip to Cappadocia. Very interesting hotel, authentic. Small - only two floors. Positioned as a four. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need. What we didn't understand was the LED bulbs that are in niches throughout the hotel. But here in the room - it's very uncomfortable. They interfere with sleep. They can't be turned off or disabled. And one more thing: one of the sockets sparkled - this is straight out of the ordinary. But this is perhaps the jamb of our number. Other guests from our group did not complain about the sockets. The air conditioning is good, although it blows directly on the bed. There is a mini-bar - for a fee. In the bathroom, towels, gels, shampoos - just enough. The restaurant for 4 * is quite decent, the choice of dishes is sufficient (as usual, eggs, cheeses, sausages, greens, vegetables, fruits, french fries, rice, stew, chicken, soup, there were dates, figs, chocolate paste, sweets ... ) At dinner, drinks are paid. In general, for one night more than a decent hotel.

Freestone building, the rooms look like monasteries cells But very comfortable. Varied and good quality cuisine. Swimming pool very appreciable to relax after the visits. Free and accessible WiFi everywhere. Less positive point, the hotel is quite far from the village.

On tour we stayed 2 nights in this hotel Atypical room, clean and very good bedding. Buffet reduced but good. Nice view on the swimming pool side and on Cappadocia! No elevator, however, as in other Turkish hotels visited during our trip. Polite staff but nothing more but there too a language barrier… Pleasant stay!

By accident, we left a souvenir mug in the room, even originally packed and wrapped in a T-shirt, so that it would not break down in the luggage. We noticed its absence and reported it the next day, but the hotel claims that nothing of the sort was left in the room. We are sorry because this is not a trivial thing to be overlooked.
