This should be the worst hotel under Hilton. The sheets are spliced together, and the sink is dirty even if it is old. It's a very bad experience.

One of the decent hotels to stay in Avanos. Hiilton quality can be felt especially in the design of the hotel and its rooms. The size, concept and comfort of the rooms are good; However, it is a bit outdated, a little renovation would make it much better. Breakfast ***meat is good. I didn't use the pool or SPA, but it didn't look bad...

The hotel is unfortunately rather shabby. Fixtures are wearing out and staff are a little curt. This is a small regional centre of Turkey where tourism is its major business and this hotel could easily lift with some focus. Wide range of food at dinner and breakfast buffet but average to poor quality. Coffee machine not working and filter coffee like dishwater. Pool area lovely but no staff at the bar or towels. Rooms ok but tired. Bed too soft ( though some like these) but it was massive. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom products lovely. Low quality towels.
