Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin

Location is great. Just a few blocks from the capitol building and walkable to different bars and restaurants. The room isn't large. But it was pretty clean. Housekeepers arranged my toiletries a little and kept things organized. I would consider it again.

Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good.

Good place for stay. Super easy to walk around downtown.
