Avoid this place. Terrible experience!
When I arrived, I was told there was no Wi-Fi, even though the website clearly stated otherwise. They claimed it was due to ongoing renovations and blamed outdated information from a third-party listing. I asked for a refund, but they told me it had to be handled through the third party.
Once I got to the floor, there was construction everywhere—paint, paper on the floor, and an overall mess. The room had two AC units: one didn’t work at all and the other was freezing cold with no way to adjust it. The room was right next to a highway, so it was incredibly noisy. All the fire alarms had been removed. Most of the lights didn’t work, and the lamps were missing from the nightstands. The bathtub was filthy.
There was **** odor throughout the place and 3 gates were jammed open with rocks.
I just needed a place to rest, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t wait to leave and ended up checking out early.
