We had such a good stay at this hotel! We were upgraded to the Premier Club level and wow, the convenience and quality of the little lounge with the drinks, breakfasts, and happy hours was amazing! Will be staying here for any future Austin trips for sure!

Room was very small for the price. There was only one restaurant. Mainly the pool was dirty and small. We had a stroller and a handicap relative that was going to meet us and get a room, but the pool had no handicap or stroller access. Only 3 flights of stairs.

The hotel itself was very nice, but the room itself was small. The door separating the bathroom and bedroom was extremely heavy to move back and forth, like the wheels needed grease.
The restaurant was packed so we went for dinner; after being out of chicken on a Friday night we ordered backup dishes (Mac and cheese and margarita flatbread) which lacked flavor. Not to mention that these two entrees with 2 drinks totaled $100.
The hotel is moderately priced given amenities, just avoid the restaurant for food and beware that your bar tab will rack up quickly.
Great proximity to Moody Center and 6th street.

Everything about my stay was great!
The only issue I had was a upon checkout when looking at my receipts, I was charged twice for overnight valet parking fees for two of the days I was there, as if I had two vehicles. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they removed the extra charges. I just don't understand how a mistake like that could happen so please carefully review your receipts before leaving the hotel.
I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was amazing but the fact that there is NO MINI FRIDGE IS INSANE. A damn ice bucket are you serious , that was a huge let down seriously unacceptable.
