no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?

The property was very welcoming to pets. I especially like the coffee service from 6am to 10am. Our room and balcony were spacious.

After a very stressful and uncomfortable experience at another hotel in Austin the night before that prompted me to check out and find somewhere else to stay, staying at Hotel ZaZa Austin was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, calm, and well cared for. The room was spotless—truly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in—and beautifully designed. It struck the perfect balance of stylish and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens felt fresh and high quality, and the temperature was perfectly controlled. It was quiet, relaxing, and made it easy to fully rest and recharge. You can tell this hotel takes pride in both cleanliness and guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. This is the second time we’ve stayed that the ZaZa and it was absolutely delightful. The rooms are spacious. The beds are luxurious and the shower is out of this world. The absolute most perfect water pressure ever!

The staff was knowledgeable in the area, extremely friendly and welcoming, and overall service was superb. Loved the personal touches of evening water, ice, and sweet treats delivery. Beds, furniture, and linens were top notch. Jacob who worked days in the lobby, felt like a personal concierge.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel—from the convenient city shuttle service to the friendly staff and beautiful pool. The rooms and overall property were spotless, and the restaurant served amazing food. The location is perfect for exploring Austin. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I had requested a early check in, and was surprised with an upgrade. Which was wonderful, because we were there for a birthday. Casey took fantastic care of us. Really cool, lovely hotel. wish it had been warmer. So we could have used the pool!
