Holiday Inn AUSTIN MIDTOWN by IHG

The hotel is a bit dated but very clean. The breakfast and the food we ordered was good. The location was decent. The front desk staff was not very welcoming but everyone else was very polite and helpful.

Got a room for a convention and it was very clean and big! The staff were amazing and helpful. For downsides though with the refrigerator I had to refrigerate medicine and it stayed room temp

I checked in at this hotel the first thing I saw when I checked in was the carpet super dirty and not Clean at all the second day the AC was leaking and the carpet was all water I called the front desk about it and told me the will send the maintenance to look at it they came checked it and said this will stay like this we can't do anything for it and they left how it is leaking and carpet wet l had to put towels on top of the carpet and today I got to my room I saw like 3 crickets on the carpet and I went to the front desk told him I saw these in the room he was shocked and said I don't know where these came from and didn't nothing about it Of course it will be crickets all over the place coz it's its dirty and not clean And some lights are not working in the room and the shower its not that good Don't waste your money staying in this hotel

Great only their payment system at from desk do not accept union pay debit cards. This to me is unacceptable

It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!

Very friendly, very helpful staff! Outdated room and hotel, but it was still nice and comfortable. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

had to get towels at 2am and the clerk was very nice and had them ready for me. breakfast was nice. clean space.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Last time, I caught it while there were some AC issues. It didn't affect me, but it did my coworkers that were staying there. From check in to check out, I had a great experience.

Stay was great. My complaint is the pillows. As soon as you pay your head that thing flattened out badddddd. Actually kept me up for a couple hours. So definitely didn’t get a good nights sleep. Luckily check out is a little late and that what saved the stay
