The kitchen was well stocked and provided all we needed. We did not use the laundry, but noticed they were high quality washer and dryer.

Absolutely wonderful facilities, great price. Staff was VERY friendly and were flexible. Amenities are top-notch, better than many hotels. If I were to come to Austin again, this is definitely the hotel I'm checking back into. Highly, highly recommended.

Arrived and the property was very dirty, thick dust, rubbish on the balcony including a beer can and cigarette butts, as well as unclean side tables in the lounge and bedroom as well as food crumbs. I immediately took photos and reported this upon my check in, I was told housekeeping would visit and clean the next day. When I got back to the property the following day it was still dirty, cigarettes butts not removed and dirt all over the side tables. I again reported that it was still unclean despite them sending someone to resolve these issues. It took 3 days before the issue was resolved and they never followed up to check that it was ok. Very dissatisfied. Not worth the money for how unclean everything was.

Overall, the stay was good, but there are a few points that need attention. For example, there was not enough toilet paper—only one roll for a nine-night stay, which ran out and we had to buy more ourselves. There was also no dish soap available for washing dishes. There were very few towels, and both the towels and the bed linens were not in great condition. The mattress was also not good—we actually had to flip it because it had a noticeable dip and felt very worn out and uncomfortable. There we’re only 2 hangers for a couple staying 9 nights That said, overall the building is nice. There is a great gym, the reception staff is friendly, and there is a café attached downstairs—Jo’s Café—which is excellent. Parking was also very easy and reasonably priced for the duration of the stay.

The staff was amazing! Very informative, helpful in the check-in and checkout process. I would say the only complaint we had was our room wasn’t all that clean. There were dirty rags left in a drawer in the bathroom, debris on the floors, etc.

Location is a bit of a walk through some “shady” roads but no one messed with us. There is a homeless shelter a few blocks over. The property itself is new, nice, clean, a great value for the money, and safe. We ended up Ubering to most places at a cost of $10-15 per trip. An Uber to AUS was $35-40, so beware of that cost. Overall, a fun getaway!

This was such a nice apartment! Very clean,spacious and a great location. So much better than staying at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. The views of the city were awesome!

Staff were fine no issue there. Location is very central, took me usually between 10-12 minutes to get around the city. The rooftop has a very nice view of the city, it has a nice pool table too. The room was a studio. Overall, it could’ve been better accommodating. It had no table to sit and eat so we found ourselves having to eat on the bed. Putting the tv on the wall and having a small table with two chairs under is not that complicated. The room was VERY dirty. The floor in the bathroom had hair on the floor form the previous guest. The floor in the unit was also very dirty and it was noticeable. We like to take our shoes off and walk either barefoot or in socks. We had to wash our feet every time we were going to bed. Additionally, the shower floor was slippery. This only means one thing, poor cleaning and disinfecting. The cabinets in the kitchen had handprints. The amenities said it has washer/dryer but it does not function. If you are the type to not mind or overlook these things then staying here is just fine. However, if the cleanliness of the place does affect your stay, I would say skip.

Clean, great location, very nice and accommodating staff, easy to access whenever you want, and great building amenities. Would stay again anytime in Austin.
