チェックイン時の受付の感じが悪く、ぶっきらぼう。 片言の日本語だったのでおそらく海外？の方だと思うが、その方に予約した旨を伝えてもダラダラとPCのチェックをして、挙げ句の果てには、自動チェックイン機で自分の名前を検索してチェックインしろと言われた。どういうホスピタリティーなの？ 意味がわからない。最初に受付の時に言えばいいのになぜ言わないのかは不思議。 しかも部屋に入ったのは17時ごろだが、エレベーターで自分の部屋のフロアに着いてドアが開いた瞬間、まだ片付いていないクリーニングの袋とかシーツとか散乱している始末。それを避けて部屋に入ったはいいが、掃除が全然行き届いていない。トイレには毛らしき残骸が複数あり、アメニティ置き場は濡れてるし、ベッドの枕付近にも抜け毛がある。テーブルもベタベタしていて暖房すら入っていない。 ある程度なら我慢するが、これだけひどいビジネスホテルだとほ思わなかった。建物の外観だけが立派でした。ANAさんのサイトからだったので安心していましたが、正直がっかりしました。二度と使いません。、
