Wedding party We had a wedding party staying on either side of our room, who woke us up at 8am while doing a photoshoot right outside of our door. We notified the front desk that they were being very loud and probably waking up other guests. We were told that they would be leaving the area soon. For the rest of our stay until check out time, the wedding party continued their photoshoot and screaming in front of our room, and told us not to sit on our patio because we were in the way of their pictures. We notified the front desk again of the situation and were told it's not their fault what other guests do, and there's nothing they can do about it. The hotel ended up covering our restaurant bill for our stay, but overall not a great experience.

We visit off-season and unfortunately the outside pools were cold. Hotel is well maintained, rooms are okay, nothing special. The whole estate is huge, the gardens are very pleasant for a walk. Maybe because it was in February, the breakfast was one of the poorest I have ever experienced: boiled eggs, several types of cakes, yoghurt, coffee/tea. However, the quality of the food in the restaurant was very high, we enjoyed every bit of it. What is best about this hotel, apart from the seaviews and the view of Etna at the distance, is the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, especially Alessandro from receptions ( greetings to you!). Would definitely come back to check it when it warmer.

Healt and safety regulations don't apply to this hotel . Live cables in the room , I had an electric shock when I put the lamp on . They didn't even apologise . Horrible management . Not safe for families and kids , swimming pool area had few nails sticking out. Never responded to my emails never had the courage . Still waiting for father and son (managers,) for some apologies before .... They never gave me the name of father and son but I'm sure my lawyer will find them . This is an horrible place and for the Same money you will find better. This capodecina behaviour didn't work with me . Disgusting and disrespectful , hope they close soon.

A three day family holiday that to my experience was one of the relaxed holidays ever. The hospitality was fantastic. Very clean rooms with facilities. We loved the massive grounds and our room had a part of it with sunbeds and armchairs. Well done and keep up your good work.

Horrible Visited this place for a few days on May 22 . I will strongly advise you to stay away from it . There are many other places in the area that are much more safe ,clean and professional. The place is dirty ,not up to EU standards of safety . Not safe for children at all . Litter everywhere . I received an electric shock due to live cables hanging out from a lamp in my bedroom on top of that the electric lifesaver didn't work. I had burns in my finger , tachycardia for a few hours and the only thing they offered was a new lamp ( a safer one I guess) . I should have gone to the hospital , reported it and got it investigated but I didn't . Spoke to the owner manager the next day ,he didn't look impressed ,like I was annoying him, however he said that we were their guest ( assuming that we were not supposed to pay ) but guess what!! On our leaving day they presented us with the bill which I paid including a small lunch that we had . When I wrote to them they never bothered to answer me. Typically mafia behaviour . They are so unprofessional and irresponsible. I don't know who gave them 4 stars??? This is NOT a 4 stars ..this is not even 3 stars !!! Note: the breakfast is extremely poor , if you book through *********** or similar they give you the worst rooms and they don't clean after they have a venue . There was a wedding and the day after to get to the swimming pool you had to go through tons of litter left from the party. Disgusting You know who Im . They never had the courage to answer my emails , vile, mafioselli da campaigna.
