Amazing small house hotel, Francesco our host was amazing, communication was great before we arrived through what’s app, all his restaurant recommendations were amazing + he also booked our boat trip for us, our room was on the top floor with large outside space over looking the harbour, this was the highlight, the location is perfect on a quiet st yet 5 minutes walk into ortigia, no breakfast but there’s plenty of cafe/restaurants within walking distance, we loved staying here + the building is beautiful , would highly recommend staying here

We stayed 4 nights and this place really made the trip to Ortigia special. Since it was our first time in the area I wasn’t sure what to expect however this place exceeded all expectations and was just as advertised. I ended up booking here partly because the host was so responsive (via WhatsApp) to answer questions about the area. It’s tucked on a small street and the pedestrian bridge to Ortigia is literally right outside the door. It’s more of a luxury guesthouse but Francesco was there each morning and available for questions any time. Zero street noise which was nice and we spent so much time on our balcony watching the boats and boatmen go about their day. Staff was amazing in all respects and the location was superb. We will be back for sure!

Top location and a very pleasing ambience paired with the most helpful and supportive host. Best place in Siracusa. Easy access to all kind of sightseeing points and Ortigia old town. Francesco is a pearl in a wonderfully renovated and maintained accommodation with nice terraces and views.

This is a great location to explore Syracuse and you can almost touch the bridge to Ortigia from the entrance! 10/15 minute walk to bus and train station if you want to explore without a car (we visited Noto and Taormina). Francesco was a great host. Answered questions before the visit and greeted us with a genuine and hospitable welcome. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay! I could not recommend it more! Francesco was always so helpful and attentive, from after we booked until the moment we left we always felt looked after. Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location! If we ever find ourselves back again we will be staying here

A beautiful room very convenient to the island. Just cross the bridge. Big room with hot tub. Nice shower a small kitchen setup, couch and chair. Comfortable bed. Modern room. Francesco was a great help in finding places to eat and to see the highlights of the area
