The location is not far from the metro and shopping mall, Westfield. A lot of restaurants in 1 minute walking distance. Room is good size especially with a big terrace.

Because I want to go to Newmarket shopping mall. So I chose this hotel. Airplane at night. Arrived in Auckland this morning. It turns out that this is no ordinary hotel. No staff at night. Talk to someone who doesn't know who it is through the answering machine at the door. First of all, I can't find my name. But obviously I booked with Ctrip. The money has been paid. It took forty minutes to get the room card under the answering machine. Not long after falling asleep. I was woken up at about 6am by the alarm clock on the bedside table. Not my alarm clock! The hotel is so irresponsible. There is no way to cancel the alarm clock set by the predecessors! Then I have a hard time falling asleep. I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up by a phone call not long after. Said it was time for me to leave. Actually, we have to check out at 10:30 here! Really regret the intestines. I booked a double room. It turned out to be two small beds! This is a really weird hotel. The room has a toaster and microwave as well as a nearly full set of cutlery. There is also a small sink and induction cooker. It's supposed to be cooking. There is also a bathtub. These are other features.

The staff (Siri) at the front desk is super helpful. The property is at a super popular location, you can purchase parking at $20 each 24 hours to park in the garage. We paid $25 for a 2 hour lunch in downtown Auckland. Great deal. There are a lot of shopping within walking distance, the most popular mall is Westfield in New Market, 500 meters away.
We had full kitchen, washer/dryer in our suite, making our life so easy, we enjoyed the stay at this Quest.

Nice room but the bed was uncomfortable. Seemed like two single mattresses pushed together. The shower head was also in need to attention. Obviously hasn’t been checked in a while.

The location is excellent just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Apartment is excellent, with one minor note, the shower is over the bath, which maybe an issue for those who have knee or hip problems. Will definitely stay here again
