The location is good, Manukau, close to the motorway. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is poor, spent a week staying at the hotel and only one night managed to get a hotel parking but the rest had to park my car on the road side, talked to the staff and finally agreed to waive the $15/night parking charge. The cleanliness of the room is okay but I had to change to another room due to a big cockroach from the fridge cupboard walking straight to the bed and hiding underneath. Otherwise, in general, a reasonably good hotel to spend a few nights.

Don't let the average surroundings or motorway proximity fool you—once inside, this hotel is a complete sanctuary. The interiors are lovely, immaculate, and offer genuine "quiet luxury." It’s incredibly peaceful and well-appointed despite the central location. While the food was good, the staff were the true highlight—absolutely exceptional and professional. Super happy with the stay and would definitely return.

Great customer service especially the reception desk. Good location and close to the Shopping Mall and Restaurants all other big stores. Always stay here whenever I travel for business. Rooms are always clean.

Parking was extra charge and difficult to find spots during the weekend
