Bad experience with trip.com. first was oversea and they informefd they need to change my hotel and didnt book back the one with breakfast and couldnt resolve issue. Trip.com worst service.

The breakfast buffet was very delicious. French toast is especially good. The service to take out coffee in the room was also good. I want to go again. Also, the shower head in the bathroom was comfortable with nano bubbles.

Good location – a slight walk, so make sure to pack light. One thing I REALLY appreciated was their acting as an agent for the national delivery service, Yamato Transport (Takkyuubin)!! That was a life saver.
Plus, their regular breakfast buffet was well worth the price – with both Japanese and western style offerings in the spread.

・We were given a voucher for the Urban Plaza spa (although we couldn't go and use it). ・The shower was nice. ・The breakfast was also good. ・When the parking lot on the premises is full (this is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed at this hotel for restaurants, but the hotel parking lot is always full), you can either park at the Times next door (1,100 yen) or at Urban Plaza (800 yen), which is a short walk away. This time we parked at the Times. ・It would have been better if there was a free drink corner (we only needed coffee and tea).
