If you think you are getting a luxury experience you should really reconsider booking at this property. They totally misrepresent their vibe with the first set of pictures of a nicely updated unit. I recommend scrolling to the second half of the pictures that you see here because that’s more accurate duplication but even those are good shots. This was way overpriced for what it was, has none of the amenities listed, and it needs a lot of repairs. The lighting at night is very dim and the parking lot has a lot of activity that made me very uncomfortable. I was reluctant to even leave my car there. This was previously the quality inn and I know they are trying to rebrand themselves but I feel like they need to get the property completed before they advertise as they are.

Shai is a beautiful, courteous and helpful young lady that completed the check- in process for me. I had reserved a suite for one of my employees. The property is under renovations. The renovations in the lobby is complete and it is clean, very warm and welcoming. The laundry room, fitness center, jacuzzi and pool was clean. The suite was not renovated yet, but the price was very Affordable for the Buckhead area. Buckhead luxury hotels can be very expensive, especially if you want a full kitchen suite for a lengthy stay. The Standard suite has a full kitchen, living area with a sofa, TV, desk and separate bedroom and bathroom. The suite was clean and very comfortable for an extended stay. Property was safe and quiet.

We should have known when our code didn't work on the door -- always a bad sign -- that this stay was doomed. Luckily, there was someone at the front desk at that moment (the desk is not always manned) who could help us. When we finally got into the apartment (2 BR, 2 BA, living room and kitchen), all 3 TV's were blaring, which was disconcerting. Looking around, it seemed so nice at first, but looks can be deceiving. First of all, the "queen size" beds were doubles. Very annoying. All the windows had cheap vinyl blinds and no curtains, so it was bright enough inside at night to read a book. Super annoying. There was ONE towel per person, and since this is not a hotel, there's no housekeeping department to ask for more. The kitchen is missing basics such as a kettle, toaster, ice cube trays in the freezer. There was one pot and one pan. There was a Keurig, but only 2 K-cups. It's as if they started to stock the kitchen and then stopped. On one night, there were groups of kids running up and down the halls and stairs, laughing and screaming until about 3 AM, and again, there was nobody to call to get them to stop. Now I know why the prices are so low -- you get what you pay for.

We stayed here just before lock down and had a very acceptable experience. It was a budget price hotel but was enjoyable. I did not check the reviews when I rebooked. The standard has dropped considerably. The elevator was not working - and I think this has been the case for several months. Hence, due to heavy luggage we had a ground floor room which was rather dark and very gloomy. The card door lock did not work reliably and had about 6 keys before we got a single one to work correctly. On arrival, Sunday about 5pm, there were people in the car park that did not look like guests. It did not make us feel comfortable. Other reviews mention similar feelings. On the positive side, most of the staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and everything worked. However, it is a suite with cooker etc, but no plates, knives, forks etc. We did manage a frozen pizza, and ate with our fingers. Last time we stayed, we had a normal hotel breakfast, eggs, bacon etc plus toast, yogurt etc The current breakfast is extremely basic and very different to last time. It is now described as Grab 'n' go. The website photos shows a cooked breakfast. The hotel info states courtesy bus. This does not exist. Far worse, my wife requested a taxi from reception that they refused to - just gave her an Uber card. She is a pensioner, and does not have a US phone. Her only option was to walk. The hotel is smoke free, but the pillows were not totally smoke free. It is no longer a good hotel and we left after day two of our planned 3 day stay. When I explained it was not as before, nobody diagreed. I am waiting for a refund of the third night. Looking at recent reviews, many were responded to, mostly with a standard, often identical 'sorry you were not happy' response.

IDK why y'all are advertising these beautiful pics when you rent out the reality to unsuspecting customers...my stay on March 31 was AWFUL and NO ONE cared and now I can't get anyone to refund my money or do anything at all to make this right!!! My Google review is as follows: Can't give zero stars so here we are at one. AWFUL. Got NOTHING advertised or paid for. Got a 2-BR suite but that's where it ends. Pics show beautiful brand new renovated clean apartment - reality is dark, dirty, dank, moldy, musty, bugs crawling through kitchen, obvious wear and tear and broken down everything. 4th floor - elevator barely operational. Trash all over property. Pool and hot tub = disgusting. No extra toilet paper in either of two bathrooms and barely enough for one night stay. Random people hanging in parking lot at all hours. Entire property smelled like ****. Front desk staff rude and seemed surprised when I complained and showed pics of internet promises. No offers of refunds.BAIT AND SWITCH.

This is neither a hotel or motel. The doors face outdoors but the parking is only close to a small percentage of the buildings. After I was initially checked into a room that was still dirty, I asked for a ground floor room near the lobby (because that is the location of the only ice machine). I scored the farthest room from the lobby on the 2nd floor. Microwave is broken. Coffee machine is broken. TVs in the living room and bedroom are small. TV remote had a missing battery. I called the front desk about the microwave and coffee machine and of course, I was told nothing could be done about it. Bed is comfortable and the AC works well.

Worn and repaired suites(1 Bdrm Apts) that need some upkeep/repairs but functional and clean, a lot of caulking & painted. IDK if the company took these over from an independent operator but it seems like it and they are still in the process of getting them to 100% (I'd say about 50% there). Renters are mainly local workers, construction, college travelers, and a few longer term residents.

Well, the location is nice, off the beaten path. The room was old, run down, musty, smoky. I would stay here again if I were by myself. Definitely not with the family though. Bet it was really nice backnin the day.
