Mamy Blue Slow Living

The restaurant below was great, the only downside was outside is noisy at night from neighboring restaurants. We found it a little difficult to sleep and had to use headphones over our ears, since the restaurant immediately next door stayed open past midnight.

Absolutely loved Mamy Blue! The staff was great, the hotel was cute, and it was easy to get absorbed in the atmosphere of the bustling city around you. All the sites were an easy walking distance and the metro (blue and green lines) was just around the corner. We would happily stay here again!!

Lots of shops nearby, delicious restaurant brunch, staff was very friendly.

We found Snob by chance.. We came in for drinks then ordered food.. Which was out of this world.. The service was outstanding and the music kept the night alive. Only here for 5 days but we’ll be back before we fly back to Wales.

Beautiful Little Place. We passed it on the way to our accommodation, and made a decision that’s once we have checked in, it was our first port of call. We all ordered breakfast/brunch. Food was really nice and plenty of choice. The setting was really peaceful and eclectic, calm place to be.

Stayed in their rooms, which had good amenities and a small bathroom. Very noisy from loud music downstairs. The Door staff for the bar really want to know us, and the same staff member would make us explain why we wanted to enter several times in the same day. They would never greet you or as you were leaving with your suitcases. Manager upstairs was friendly and let us store our cases, but they seem to be unaware of the behaviour of the ground floor staff. They say we cannot be responsible for downstairs as it is a separate operation. So if you want to be judged for your instagram appeal it may or not be good.

We stayed here for one night only and really enjoyed it. The bed was to die for comfortable and the rest of the room felt very new and furnished to a high standard. Staff carried our enormous suitcases both up and down the stairs for us which was kind as there’s no elevator. The restaurant downstairs has a fun, funky, boho vibe and is a picture destination in its own right - simply gorgeous ! The menu also impressed us, with a highly imaginative array of food & drinks on offer. The brunch we had was delicious. Now, we stayed on a Monday night and so were not disturbed by noise at night - but based on the other reviews here, you may want to avoid staying here at weekends when apparently it stays open late as a club. We also did not find that we had to ‘explain’ ourselves to the door people like some other reviews, they knew who we were so we freely came in and out and up the stairs without any issue whatsoever. So for us, it was a 5/5 experience.

Didn't bring my order and were rude, told us after 1.5 hours that if we still wanted our order we will have to wait In general it took 1 hour to order and another 1.5 hours to bring our incomplete order. The service was nowhere to elbe found in order to order.
