Good food at breakfast. Nice location. Great lounge on 10th floor. Must go and spend the evening there watching the view.

Stayed 2 nights here, in general speaking it's good. If the staffs are more proactive to help with luggage would be the best. Room is a bit old style but bigger enough. And u can see the acropolis through room windows. The breakfast is nice and lots of options.

Although it is close to station like 7mins walk, the area is horrible, poor district, smelly across to the street with very nice bakery. Hotel breakfast is very good. Room size is ok. Many business related people are in the lobby (very noisy) and it takes long time to check in or ask one question. Receptionist - very poor English! Construction noisy in afternoon (2-4pm) Gym and Spa both are old and dirty! Guess that’s athen’s level.

I was there for three days with family the hotel very safe, and the room is big and very clean, the breakfast is internation buffet, it was amazing. the stuff was. helpful and they made quicker check in, and they give me late checkout, the location is very close to acropolis and to the busy area I was forgotten 1700 USD.in the safe box. and the manager he holds it and keep. that I was very glad for what they do, I am very recommend it. defiantly I will back again

Beautiful hotel close to the heart of Athens. Service is what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and a pool make this the perfect choice when staying in Athens.

We first stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, which was a bad experience. The InterContinental Hotel feels better than the Grand Hyatt, with a large lobby and many elevators. The breakfast was rich, but we didn't have time to go to the swimming pool

The room is very big, the bed is also very big, there is no gap in the middle. The sanitation is also very clean, it is very comfortable to wash clothes, and the sink is also very large. Double-glazed windows, no noise. There is an outdoor swimming pool downstairs, which is pleasant to look at. The lobby is also very large, and the check-in procedure is very convenient. Checking in at the hotel was a really uncomfortable experience. The car that we had booked at the airport picked us up in the morning and we went straight to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. There were not many people checking in. After waiting in line to check in, they told me that the room was not ready and I had to come back after 3 pm to get a room. It took at least an hour to toss and turn. They just fiddled with the computer for a while, but they didn't tell me to allocate the room first and make a room card for the room, so that we could go straight to the room when we came back. After storing the luggage and going out for sightseeing, I returned to the hotel at 3:40 pm. The lobby was full of people waiting in line to check in. I chose a relatively small line, with about 3 to 4 people in front of me. As a result, I waited in line for 40 minutes. I was annoyed. In the middle, I went to ask the front desk if the guests who had checked in in the morning could be given priority to get a room card? The front desk replied that it was a queue. Finally, it was my turn. The receptionist was either answering the phone or dealing with other things. I waited for more than ten minutes, and then spent half a day looking for the card I had signed when checking in in the morning. I almost had to start the check-in procedure all over again. I couldn't hold back my anger and complained loudly about her inefficiency. Why couldn't they arrange a special front desk team to assist guests who had already queued up and completed the check-in procedures in the morning to quickly get their room cards? I couldn't believe their inefficiency and unreasonable program design. I complained that it was like a guest who checked in in the morning and came to get a room card in the afternoon. He was forced to queue up again and wait for a long time to endure their low efficiency before he could get his room. My angry voice alarmed a person who might be in a slightly higher position and replaced the female receptionist. However, he still took at least 20 minutes (he asked my credit card to guarantee the deduction of the 60 euro deposit, and the credit card couldn't be swiped in place...), and finally, the whole process took more than an hour, and I finally got the room card. The location of this hotel is not bad from the map, but it is very inconvenient to walk back from north to south (for example, from the Acropolis). It is not convenient to cross the road and you have to take a long detour to get there. Uber also has to take a detour back. The breakfast is pretty good, and everything else is normal. In Athens, we queued up to buy tickets to the Acropolis and queued to enter. We also felt the unreasonable waste of time, and the low incompetence of checking in at the hotel. We deeply felt that Athens is an inefficient and lame place.
