Room assigned was not the large room 17 sqm but only standard room 15 Sam… toolrt sink is awe fully tiny

Good clean hotel, very comfortable stay. Definitely recommended

It’s a city centre location; convenient, but loud, messy and dirty on the streets. Hotel is next to police station. Staff nice, BUT: no napkins at breakfast, no small spoon for coffe. You have to ask for them all the time. They have plant based milk, but you have to ask for that too. And at front desk they never said hello or good bye when coming and going. Room: clean, but the airconditioning is a pain in the ass. During the night you freeze, then it stops, then you sweat. So we caught a cold…Room cleaning was randomly done: they gave 1 new towel, didn’t collect the dirty ones and took the towel you step out the shower and didn’t give any new. Breakfast: all right, coffee not so good.

We arrived at the hotel and were given a tiny room, there was literally no room to move about in the room. We requested twin beds which were stuck together to make a double. We tried moving them apart but that meant even less room. The bathroom was clean but the sink was so tiny it was impossible to use. The neighbourhood is dangerous, lots of homelessness and drug users outside. It is not recommended to walk around at night. The Air con didn’t work, when we complained we were told there’s nothing they can do and cannot move us into a new room. Breakfast isn’t topped up and half an hour before they close the breakfast they stop providing food and cutlery, and again when complained they simply just say they can’t help. Do not recommend this hotel.

Feel not safe!! Once we arrived one girl got stolen and there was a claim there from her, we try refund and book another hotel but hotel refused and he said there is no one stolen!!!

A centrally located hotel in Athens. The hotel itself is newly renovated and clean. Our room was small but comfortable.

The room is very good, the bed is very comfortable, there is a small terrace, the breakfast is also very good, the hotel building is new, I feel very safe, and it is very close to the subway station. After traveling around the world for a long time, there are very few hotels that will provide you with sufficient toiletries, which is really considerate.

A standard 3-star express hotel, which is no worse than Hanting Home Inn. Ctrip's 4-star rating is definitely too high (but it doesn't mean the hotel is bad, it depends on the needs of the guests). The hotel is located in a relatively central location in Athens, next to Omonia Metro Station, about a 3-minute walk to the metro station, and it is very convenient to go to the Acropolis, the airport, the train station and the port. The hotel provides breakfast, so I won't comment on it. I stayed in four hotels of different levels in four different cities in Greece. The only thing they have in common is that the breakfast is all the same, just like the one taught by a chef. The hotel's hardware facilities are indeed average, the rooms are not big, the bathroom is small, and the sanitary environment is average. But the hotel price is indeed not high (550RMB/night in late August), and overall the price-performance ratio is reasonable, which is more suitable for friends with limited budgets.

The room is a bit small but adequate. It has all the necessary facilities, including shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. It also has disposable slippers that other hotels lack. A large bottle of mineral water is delivered every day. The restaurant is large and the breakfast is rich. The elevator is also unique.

The location is very good, close to major attractions and subway stations. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and the room is clean and comfortable. The only thing that needs improvement is that the bathroom sink is too small.

it is a great hotel, the people are nice, it is new, so the stuff is also new, nothing to complain about. the breakfast is also great. the hotel is completely covered with marble from top to bottom, that gives a very clear impression of the hotel, also when you enter. the disadvantage of marble is that it echoes, so if you are with 30 or 40 people in the dining room, then you notice that and since I am quite sensitive to sound that is a bit less. on the other hand, it is so, that you can easily talk to everyone. you can start a conversation, especially with northern Europeans and Americans. with the Greeks who also stay there a lot, that is of course less easy, the English is not always optimal. the only downside is the announcement that there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. That is what it says on the website, you can read that when you book, but when we arrived at the airport there was no shuttle to be seen. We called the telephone number that was on the booking form, but we got an answering machine. So we had to take the metro, and it takes some searching to find out exactly how to travel, because you also have to change at Syntagma. That is why I did not give the service enough. We tried to talk about this at the reception upon arrival, but that did not come across. But as I said, the people at the hotel are very nice, courteous and they do speak good English. So in that respect the service was fine. We ordered a taxi on the way back, and the lady behind the counter booked us for after 5.30, because before 5.30 the night rate for taxi drivers is, and then it costs double. So that saved us again (46 euros). I advise the hotel to remove the message that there is a shuttle from the airport from the website, because that is contrary to the facts.
