Was not a good stay. Other guests were having a party in their room until 5am in the morning and staff did not do anything about this. Staff not attentive during check in and busy with socializing amongst themselves.

Hotel location is great... Walking distances to place I need to go everyday during my stay Staff are friendly even though we have some language barriers in between.

i came early to Astana due to my flight. I arrived hotel and hotel claimed early entrance fee. I paid more then reservation amount!!! I ll address my compliant to Holiday Inn Customer Service too. It s not fair at all.

The water pressure on the second floor is weak. One light bulb in the hallway won't turn off, so I had to ask the repairman to simply tape it over to keep it from shining at night. Overall, everything is fine.
