The staff are all very nice. The room is spacious and you don't feel closed. Overall our stay was pleasant. We could also spontaneously book the unreserved breakfast for several days. However, the cleanliness was not fully respected in our case. We ordered the daily cleaning service, which is a great offer, as it is not necessary for such a short stay. The room was always made on the weekend, however, the room was not quite clean at our arrival. The bathing turk button was full of dust, the set glasses for the bottle of water included in the price had still a lipstick beam from the pre-visitor and in the washing basin still a swallowed hair with visible skin fats. We simply didn't use the glasses and cleaned the washing basin itself. The room and the bath were otherwise in a proper condition. For its purposes, you could be satisfied overall with the price-performance ratio. It is also often questioned whether everything is in order and if there are problems, it can be criticised directly.

We took a break in Deidesheim over the weekend. The hotel is located on the edge of Deidesheim, directly in the wine mountains. We were very friendly at the reception. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed (double bed Queensize) was very comfortable, so we have been very well sleeping. The bathroom with shower and toilet was also very clean. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, the selection is very good. There was a large selection of fresh breads just in the fresh breads. There is also a beautiful wellness area with sauna. The hotel is especially suited for walking and biking in the beautiful chair. The numerous wine goods are also worth a visit (wein sample and purchase). We're happy to come back. A highlight of the hotel is an old music box that works and provides beautiful songs. We'll come back.

When I tried to order a taxi via the hotel reception, I was allowed to find an impossible procedure. After being ordered in a non-respective way, it did not happen. The reception was not intended to tell the taxi company with which she had spoken. The statements were contradictory and the reported taxi companies had not received any order. Apparently, some driving service was contacted that did not appear. The hotel was unable to solve this self-debt problem. For a supposed 4-Sterne hotel a not acceptable service. When we came back to the hotel at night, we had to find that the room was forgotten to clean. It costs efforts to get at least new towels. The bathroom has a disfunctioning fence and the towels were extremely thin. The mattresses were soft and have come in the years. The hotel staff entered the room uninvitedly. They wouldn't have heard the “No”. The check-out was only after a discussion of the number of charged short fees (20x instead of 2x). Excuse me an error. I have never experienced this in a hotel. The hotel slogan ”A unforgettable result” is true, but unfortunately only negative.

We have visited this hotel many times. This was the first time after the pandemic. Staff was very welcoming and frinedly as usual. They really make the difference. Although the rooms could need AC, they have everythin you need. The outside of the hotel was completely renovated! Looking forward coming back!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking outside the hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. There is a sauna and steam room in the basement, made available, with respect for the covid regulations. We felt very relaxed in this hotel, Kircheimbolanden is a beautiful town with a nice park and a few shops. It is situated in a very pretty part of Germany, surrounded by vineyards. Also, there is a bar with an outdoor terrace where you can relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again, in the future.

The hotel is located outside Alzey, but it is worth it for its price and quality of its facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were very comfortable. The Corona restaurant for this time is closed, but it doesn't matter, the centre is just a few minutes away and is also close to a shopping and supermarket centre where you can buy some Antojito 🤗
