This is a small ryokan. It’s very clean as no shoes are allowed. Both breakfast and dinner are decent. Served as a set. One thing to note is there’s no bathroom in the room, only toilet. Can only shower at the onsen.

Except for the slightly inferior location, the service, scenery, meals, and hot springs are all the ultimate enjoyment!
You can see Mount Aso from your room.
After enjoying breakfast, they also provided us with hot rice balls before traveling. The self-paid dinner costs 6,600 yen per person. It may seem like a small amount, but it is so filling that we will be our first choice for accommodation next time we travel to Aso!

The rooms are comfortable and the four hot springs that can be used as family baths are all excellent. Dinner is very delicious, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was also healthy, delicious, and plentiful. My parents highly praised both dinner and breakfast. I was worried because there were no Korean reviews, but the dinner menu was really generous, the service provided with gobong rice was friendly, and all four baths were available for private use. I love the water. The dinner restaurant is really nice. I want to go again. I was impressed by the friendly service. However, it is difficult for people who cannot speak Japanese to go.
