"While my daughter was taking a bath, the bathtub drain pipe clogged, causing water to accumulate in the tub and on the floor of the unit bathroom. There was trash mixed in. I contacted them and they wiped up the water, but they didn't bring a replacement bath mat. I went to the front desk to get one. My daughter had no choice but to take a bath in my room again. She felt sick and washed herself several times. When we checked out, there was no apology because we hadn't said anything. That was disappointing."
